Diese Unterkunft am Fluss ist der perfekte Ort für Ihren Kurzurlaub. Egal, ob Sie angeln, jagen, campen, Kanu / Kajak fahren, schießen oder einfach nur auf der Suche nach einem Zufluchtsort in der Natur und einer Auszeit vom Alltäglichen sind, hier sind Sie richtig.
Die Hütte liegt an einem wunderschönen Abschnitt des Arkansas River mit einer Meile Küste und 130 Morgen abgeschiedenem, ruhigem Land. Es gibt viel Platz, um zu erkunden, zu jagen, zu fischen, im Wasser zu spielen oder eine Mehrmeilenpose oder eine Bootsfahrt den Fluss hinunter zu unternehmen. Es gibt 3 RV-Anschlüsse für diejenigen mit zusätzlichen Leuten und Sachen, die mitgebracht werden müssen.
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ein wunderbarer Sitzplatz, um den Fluss zu überblicken oder Stunden mit der Familie zu verbringen. Ein perfekter Ort zum Trennen und Entspannen. Und auch für diejenigen, die immer noch in Verbindung bleiben möchten, gibt es WiFi-Konnektivität.
Die Hütte und das Grundstück sind für große Veranstaltungen und Gruppenaktivitäten eingerichtet, aber auch ideal, damit nur ein paar Leute ein bisschen davonkommen. Außerdem wurde kürzlich ein brandneuer Wohnwagen mit Platz für 4 Personen mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Bad und Unterhaltungsfläche hinzugefügt. Es ist jedoch eine zusätzliche Gebühr. Der ganze Ort und die Umgebung ist einfach wunderschön. Es ist einfach großartig!

The property worked well for our needs. Although isolated, the drive into Wellington is an easy trip for anything you may require. The house was clean and had all the amenities anyone would need for an extended stay. The wi-fi worked well and allowed us to stream a couple of movies. I could have easily stayed for a few more days to unwind.

We have been coming for several years and I can't say enough about how special these trips are to us. The location, property and communication are always impressive and top-notch. This is such a gem and we can't wait until we are back next year!! Thanks for everything and we will see you soon!

Remote and peaceful, this cabin on the banks of the Arkansas River offer a needed respite from hectic life. With 80 acres to explore, it provides an opportunity to get lost in the wilderness. The property owner is extremely communicative and responsive. You will enjoy your stay!

Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Unique location on the edge of the mighty Arkansas. Kids and adults love to roam the wilderness, ride mountain bikes, (make sure to use the right tires and tubes, lots of thorns), catch catfish, and enjoy some campfires. Will return again.

We were attending a nearby family reunion and this property was perfect for a few families to stay. We enjoyed the views and exploring the grounds. It was fall, so there were plenty of hedge apples to roll and snail shells to discover. Thank you!

Wonderful location right next to Arkansas River. Very Large property for exploring the great outdoors, hiking, mountain bikes, fishing, and canoeing the river. Kids and dog had a blast exploring nature and loved the cozy, comfortable home. River was perfect level in early fall. Hidden gem.

This was the perfect Labor Day Weekend getaway for our family! We fished, hiked, played baseball and volleyball and had so much fun reconnecting as a family. The house is gorgeous and the property is quiet and peaceful. We hope to return soon!

Perfect Family Get away!
This was the perfect family spot for an extended weekend! The home was so comfortable and beautifully rustic! The scenery was perfect. We loved hanging out on the porch, fishing, canoeing and splashing in the river. Fantastic spot for humans and dogs of all ages. We felt so at home and Vincent was excellent at communicating. We'd love to return some day!

We were so thrilled to find a place that was on the river and provided plenty of land to explore. Our dogs had the best time running and checking things out.
Unfortunately, we did not get the opportunity to kayak as the winds were gusting well over 25mph most of our stay. Do suggest having a plan for drop off and pickup if you plan to go on a river trip.
The cabin is wonderful. Plenty of room.
Has a well stocked kitchen. All the items you need to cook with.
We look forward to staying again and bringing friends with us.

Three whole experience was exactly what my family needed, we came together from St Louis, Dallas, Austin, and Kansas to remember our mother and grandmother. The cabin was spacious enough that we could all be in the same place at the same time to share laughter and memories. Had another VRBO that was canceled last minute due to other host selling property, boy am I glad that they did! This place is awesome! Plenty of space for 9 grown men to sleep and stay entertained. The on site gun range was a blast! We kayaked the river, did some exploring, hung out by the fire with the river in the background. Couldn’t have asked for a better time. The gentleman who I Was in contact with was quick to reply to questions and very accommodating. We can’t wait to bring out our spouses to this place in the future!

It was also stocked with everything you needed for cooking family meals. We enjoyed playing horseshoes, volleyball and kayaking down the small rapids right next to the property. We spent a lot of time on the river islands relaxing and exploring. The dogs were in heaven with that much space to run.
We also drove our RV to the property and had no issues with the roads or gates on the property.
We would love to come back in the summer when all the foliage is on the trees.

Had a great time. A few things didn't work in the house like the drinking water and wifi but we had good communication with the property manager and we didn't come for the wifi anyway. Beautiful place to stay.

Perfect Get-a-way
Great space! Perfect place to unplug and get away for a few days. We have 5 kids that have varying interest, and all of them really enjoyed this place. The kitchen is great for large families like ours, and we really enjoyed being able to all gather and eat, which is rare in a vacation place! The living room provides a great space to relax, we hung out, played some games, and greatly enjoyed the fire place. The boys explored the property, we utilized the shooting range and had a fire in the fire pit in the late afternoons/early evening. 10/10 would stay here again!
