I liked the pool facilities and the beach access. Staff were good and friendly with great shows for Xmas.
Can be a lot cleaner. The room was dusty and smelt of mildew. The location is fine as it's close to the airport, but it's very far from Grand World or Vinwonder.
The breakfast buffet was consistently the same. No change or reimagination. There are no other breakfast options nearby, so this got a little boring. Kids club felt outdated and dirty.

Personnel tres peu serviable. Quand on est arrivés ils nous ont donné les clefs sans meme nous dire ou etait l’ascenceur. Quand on leur a demandé les activités disponibles ils se sont contentes de nous donner une brochure sans rien nous expliquer.
Chambres mal insonorisées
Nous avons été réveillés par le housekeeping qui est rentré dans notre chambre a 8h du matin sans que nous ayons demandé a ce que notre chambre soit faite.
On voulait se rendre a un endroit de l’ile assez éloigné et on regardait les options en etant assis a la reception. Le personnel nous a poussé a prendre un taxi partenaire de l’hotel. Nous avons appris plus tard qu’un bus gratuit etait disponible pour aller a ce meme endroit.
Le petit dejeuner etait moyen, il manquait parfois des choses essentielles (café, lait…)
La plage privee etait fermee l’intégralité du séjour (4 nuits) pour « mauvaise météo ». Nous avons du aller a des plages publiques juste a cote pour nager, etrangement celles ci n’etaient pas fermées

Very dull place. All the activities they advertise, does not happen at all. Kids club was open only until 16. Eventhough there were babysitter at the kidclub, any of those craft works did not happen. When pools close there is nothing to do.

The grounds of the property were beautiful and immaculate. The beach was pristine with no garbage and the water was calm. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, so much food and selection, it was really a treat.
Limited 'clean' restaurants around the property for food options. Property charges for items that are included in other resorts like 50VN for a 1hr bicycle rental and ice. Short of sitting on the beach or enjoying the pool there is very little else to do in the area. There is a free shuttle bus to Vinworld that you can get off at any point along the way, but return times are not consistent, had to take a taxi back. Airport shuttle does not start early enough for early morning flights. Found information from the front desk was inconsistent based on who was helping you which was a bit of a struggle.

소나시 야시장도 가까워 좋았고, 해변 일몰이 아름다워 환상적인 사진을 남겼어요, 모든 직원들이 다 친절해 친정엄마가 너무 좋아하셨어요. 베스트웨스턴리조트는 위치, 힌국말잘하는 HIEN직원.직원들의 철저한 서비스정신.맛있는 음식등 10흘. 또 엄마와 1주일을 너무 행복하게 보냈어요

시설이 오래됬다고 하는 후기를 봤는데 전혀 못느꼈구요 가성비 갑입니다 👍👍수영장도 너무 멋지고 바로앞 비치도 깨끗하고 넘 좋았어요 4박했는데 조식도 너무 잘 즐겼습니다 호텔안에있는 스파 꼭 이용하세요 !!! 밖에있는 마사지샵이랑 시설면에서 비교불가
공항 픽업 샌딩서비스도 잘이용했습니다
딱히 없는데 ㅎㅎㅎ 그 화장실이 유리로 되있어서 ㅎㅎㅎ 그거 불편했어요 블라인드 있는데 그래도 비침 ! 그리고 주위에 먹을게 없어요 야시장은 오후4시 이후부터 열고 비싸구 시내랑은 좀 떨어져있어요 그래서 조용하긴한데 식사해결이 좀 힘들었어요 1,2박 정도는 괜찮을것 같아요

Prefer beakfast area outdoor because the current indoor area is quite small during peak season like summer.
I tried the restaurant for lunch but the portion is small to compare with its price.
No iron available at the room but you can ask reception to borrow it.

Rooms were modern, clean, and facilities were great. Staff were amazing - in particular Huang and Van Anh in the restaurant for Breakfast, as well as the staff at the pool bar.
That we had to leave to go home! 😭

Each and every member of staff were just brilliant throughout our week long stay. A special shout out to the staff working at the pool bar, Essence restaurant and C-View bar who took extremely good care of us.

The outdoor and pool areas was very beautiful, love that the hotel connects to the beach. Breakfast was decent, and has good options. We enjoyed the playground and there is a beautiful roof top bar. The hotel is in a great location, not too far from town center and is in a relaxing area. The free shuttle service to the airport was nice.
The standards did not meet an American brand hotel. Photos of the rooms definitely looks more exciting and beautiful than reality. The rooms need updating and better cleaning service. We booked the executive rooms and there were so many hand prints on the doors. The coffee table is a hazard, my toddler was leaning on it to draw and it tipped over, almost slammed on her little feet. It could've been really bad.
This hotel is an American brand hotel but barely any of the staff spoke English, took us by surprise. They prefer everything in cash but also accept crefit card and require a 2million VND deposit at check-in.
Pool water was dirty and there were loose tiles around the pool, safety hazard for little kids. Definitely needs alot of maintenance.

Very good breakfast, both continental and Asian. Large selection of food. The staff was extremely helpful and kind with joy on their faces. Everything was perfect and I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel is huge, new, clean and the pools view from the balcony of our room was Superb.
Swimming Pools plus the beach was really great and it really gave us a great feeling of HOLIDAY mood.
The bed in the room was really comfy and it has a small kitchenette.
The breakfast has plenty of choices! And we ordered room services menu and it turned out delicious!
Thanks to Mr. Quoc for arranging the free shuttle bus to airport for us.
This area is still new in phu quoc island but the hotel has everything you need.

Super nice hotel with a big pool right next to the beach. Great spacious family room. The beds are super comfortable. Across the street are some restaurants and smaller shops. Breakfast is amazing.

Room is clean along with full accommodations. Also, the pool area is very nice, and the walkway to the beach is beautiful. In addition, staffs in the property is very polite and helpful. We encountered some personal issue when we first arrived, but Hien took an extra mile to help us by making few phone calls resolve our problem.

I liked that there was so much to do on the property. I also got massages every day which was amazing each time. The pool & beach was a huge plus. The morning breakfast buffet was also very good. The staff were really kind as well.
I did notice that my sheets had some black marks on them.
