One of the best hotels I've been to. It's so calm and comfortable, houses are clean and cosy, very spacious. Personel is very friendly and helpful. It's one of the cleanest places in Vietnam. Very nice beach. Some people write that's it's remote and maybe it is a bit but for me this was an advantage. You can always hire a motorbike and go everywhere you want.

This hotel is located in a remote part of the island - be prepared for the fact that there is nothing nearby. No supermarket, shops, cafes - nothing! A dirt road leads from the highway to the hotel. You can call a taxi and go to the city, but it's quite far. The beach is wonderful! Long, you can walk on it, clean, only sand. There are several hotels on it, in my opinion this one is the most pleasant and comfortable. There are sun loungers, there is no music and few people on the beach. We really enjoyed!

Since there is nothing around, you only have to eat from the hotel menu - it's a bit monotonous. Few fruits, I would like to have more choice of fruits and juice!

The beach of the resort was beautiful and peaceful but the best part was our host, Jenny, and her staff. They were so helpful and accommodating. We felt like family. They assisted us with anything we needed/wanted to do, transportation, food, trips. She even helped my daughter and I get our nails done! The NYE party was a blast! Perfect for a family holiday!

It ended up being better for us but some may want to know there is no TV in the rooms.

The hospitality was exceptional, far beyond the number of stars for this resort. Jenny seems to be leading the staff with a clear vision, putting the wellbeing of the guests at center and creating a safe and friendly atmosphere. We will recommend this place for anyone in need of a relaxing vacation.

This is more of a homestay rather than a resort. The group of youthful staff were most friendly and helpful. I give them A++. The bungalos were superb. The home cook meals aint bad either. Being a Vietnamese-speaking person helps to get along with the host rather well.

This was my first time in Phu Quoc island, and I had heard a lot of good things about it. However, except when stepping out of the glistening new airport, the island itself was disgusting. It was poorly developed. Trash was everywhere. The "resort" is quite far away from the airport. Getting there requires getting through a stretch of unpaved, rather dirty dirt road at the end, dotted with shanty town like conditions. The beach at the property is not exactly clean. There's a open lot with trash on one side, and an industrial pier being built or demolished far on the other side. The whole sea is ringed with fishing boat at night. I took a trip to a far out deserted island and guess what I found there...loads of trash on the beach. I didn't come thousands to mile to see this!
