The condo is clean, towels and linen are clean. Perfect location close to everything. Hosts/ Rocket stay had a surprise of some snacks/chocolates upon arrival. They have been always helpful, this was my second year renting. Hosts will follow up with you if everything is ok with you.

The building itself is old and needs major paint/remodelling

Location for midtown, downtown and wynwood. great public transport connections. comfortable bed. plenty fridge space. staff were amazingly attentive responding impeccably with advice, support and solutions.

we chose a unit with a balcony, furniture on it would make it more useable. some basic improvements that we informed the managing agent know and they were very responsive and receptive to.

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, comfortable, good looking and in a perfect area for the time we were in Miami.

The building could use a renovation.

I liked the convenience of the facility loved that there was an assigned space to park the car, The Pool was a great touch we took advantage of it.

the main windows in the living space had very poor shades all BROKEN and it did not feel good to be exposed when in at night. The pool area was not great and the water was not maintained clean in all ways the water the pavement the pool itself and the furniture was pretty old and non appealing at all. The pool furniture should be upgraded even if with used pieces that are in better condition than what is available now.

The location is just excellent - close to everything Miami. Excellent places to eat within walking distance. Make time to visit Margaret Pace Park only a few blocks away

The pool was not clean the day we wanted to use it but it could’ve been the rains. We decided not to use the pool on the only day we had the opportunity.

Great location, clean, comfy and the staff were really attentive.

Found multiple bedbugs on the first night, left immediately. Notified management but never heard back (it's been 4 days). Place was very dusty, AC filters were filthy. Paint was peeling everywhere in the bathrooms. Management needs to hire professional pest control ASAP before the infestation spreads to the other residents of this building.

It was perfect location and the hosts were really helpful when needed! The bed was so comfortable. I’d definitely book again.

So scary, 2am in the night somebody knowing the code of the door entered while my daugther was awake in the computer.

the space was misrepresented in the photos. did not have a balcony. water was shut off during our stay with no warning. shower was very small and not updated as the photo of the bathroom sink suggests.

Great location for us as I had to have surgery at Bascom Palmer. Also within close vicinity to some great restaurants in Wynwood and in a safe neighborhood. We will stay here again!

Absolutely nothing.

The price paid was the same than we paid a week before for a nice apartment in Brickell. This apartment in 23 Palm Suites was gross, dirty, smelled like cigarettes (I had to wash everything after staying including bags, backpack, etc). The place is horrible and not worth the money, stay somewhere else. The building is old and in really bad condition.

The AC worked well. It was close to where we needed to go.

Called customer service at lest 4 times for an issue. The first 2 times the suggested work-around that failed. Second 2 times they told me housekeeping would be there to take care of it. Housekeeping never showed up. Front door of the facility was left open the entire duration of our stay. Mentioned it on first phone call to customer service. It was never taken care of. Local TV was promised but not delivered. Cockroaches were seen in kitchen and bedroom. Bathtub faucet temperature control faulty and could not get cold water to shower only hot. Place smelled like cigarette smoke. Trash shoot was filthy. “Clean” dishes and flatware were NOT cleaned well. Had to clean before using. When I picked up the spatula from the drawer, it was greasy. Back pool gate lock was disabled. There were loud late night parties at the pool. Oh, the place in the take off corridor for Miami airport which has both late night and early morning flights. Don’t stay here if you can avoid it.

The room was just as described. The cleanliness and the care they took in making sure you knew all had been thoroughly cleaned was reassuring. The bed was comfortable and I have back issues and awoke every morning feeling refreshed. My overall stay was great.

Great place and the host very hospitable. The location is great with various stores and restaurants within walking distance. Nice neighborhood and very quiet. I highly recommend it!

Someone that works at the apartment complex left a very mean letter on our car called us a dumb a@@ for one tire being on the yellow line...

The apartment is small but it fits all the needs, it was comfortable and nice. I totally recommend it for short and long stays.

The water pressure was bad and parking was an issue and the front door of the building was not working properly and the pool area was bad
