Property bit tired but had everything we needed and more.Really easy check in and check out. Owner kept us informed all the time. Bit out of the way from the centre of teguise when pushing a wheelchair. Would definitely book again if just my husband and myself

We have stayed at a number of apartments on Sands, and this is most certainly "up there", i would say possibly our No 1. Very well presented, clean and tidy and in good state of repair as well as cracking views of the ocean. Would we stay here again, yes. Sands Beach is just a short walk to bars and shops and beaches. The resort has a shop, gym (enough to do a small workout), tennis courts and plenty of pools, also has bike hire. It also has onsite restuarant, we have never eaten there as prefer to venture out, but am told its good. There are plenty of places to visit on the island, buses run regularly, and there are plenty of car hire places, can recommend Plus Car. There is now a cycle path which runs from costa teguise all the way to peurto del Carmen, along the coast (couple of very small sections on roads), it may go further but we never went that far.

Great little villa in sands beach resort. Will definitely be booking again!

The apartment was in a great location and the kids loved the park and pool right outside the door. Only real drawback is there are no cleaners or change of towels for your stay. Other than that the apartment easily fitted 3 adults and 2 young children.

No problem renting the property that was fine no disrespect to ciaran the owner but the cleaning team need to be looked into

My 2 young daughters loved the play ground in front and also been so close to the beach was a plus. Overall everything was perfect

Sands beach resort is a fantastic resort. The apartment was a little dated but in fitting with the property, it was clean, very comfortable and spacious. I would definitely book this apartment again in fact I can't wait to return.

Just got back from a weeks stay in this villa. My wife & I had a brill time. Shops & restraunts only 5mins away & the town only another short walk, along the lovely beach front. The town had lots of different restaurant's & bars at very good value. The only VERY SMALL downside of the villa, is the kitchen area is looking a bit tied but this would NOT stop us going again. The villa on Plaza 2 is in a great location, children's play area & pool right outside.

We had a great time at Sands Beach in Cieran's apartment. It was perfectly situated for us, round the corner from the training pool but with sea views and peaceful. Opposite the kids play area can be convenient for those with young ones. It is also well positioned for shelter from the wind. The pool was nice and the resort is well maintained and very clean. We will definitely be back!

The property was clean, spacious and well equipped. There were a few light bulbs not working. Unable to get the DVD player to work. The villa was not poolside or beach front. No free WiFi as property was private. The resort was clean and had ample amenities, but some of these were only accessible for payment or at high prices. Good variety of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

The position of the apartment was good but it was very tired and unclean, even when the cleaners had been the floor was not swept properly, there were stains on the duvet, would not stay there again.

Very good space and well equipped... launderette is a stone's throw away and the lido is superb when it's a little windy !!

Apartment had everything we needed, it's lovely having your own sunbed s to use rather than having to hunt for some everyday. Great communication and help from owner, can't wait to go back again

The villa is in a great location on Sands beach with sea views. This would be ideal if you have small kids as playground/pool right outside. Villa has everthing u need for self catering stay. Sands beach resort also caters for everyone too from gym, bar resteraunt and lido beach. Owner ciaran was great to deal with. Will return if available.

We had a great stay at this apartment, there was only two of us so we had plenty of room. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Great communication and help from the owner. We used to walk up into the town for food as lots of choice. We did find the pool bar on the complex expensive for drinks but the Soliel bar was much more competitive with the town prices. Wifi is available at an extra cost but it was a really good service.

Property itself was great, if a little tired but the overall resort and location on the resort makes it a great, economical holiday. The owner was also very helpful prior to arrival when we had queries and was flexible on a date change...thanks.

This was our 3rd year at Sands Beach Resort and the 2nd time staying in this particular property. It’s in a fantastic location with great sea views and very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Costa Teguise is ideal for getting some winter sunshine and fresh air. The property itself is reasonably well kept but could perhaps use some attention on the kitchen area. The drawers have had their day, dropping down and getting stuck.... and some instructions for the oven would be great. We only tried to use it once but couldn’t be bothered with it after that as just couldn’t figure it out. If you want any cleaning or fresh towels/ sheets during the duration of stay, it costs extra and needs to be booked in advance....but there is a great little onsite launderette on the same plaza as this villa and also brush, pan, mop and bucket there to be used. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend this resort and the villa. The new owner Kieran is responsive and helpful.

Stayed her last week was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Well positioned on Sol plaza handy for restaurant and mai tai bar. Will definatjey book this villa again.
