Nothing. There is no reception. Check in is with key box but it didnt work so we had to call the owner who doesnt speak any english no one came we had to wait finally we could enter. The floor at the room is dirty, we paid extra money for the room with BALCONY but the door was broken and nobody came to repair it so that was a waste of money. They only came to collect the money. The whole experience was very disappointing.

Convenient location, hips of food. Had a good rest on a soft mattress. Fairly quiet in vietnamese standards.

I didn’t like the smell of the cleaning product which was very strong. The hotel says there is a balcony which is true but the door can’t be opened.

I enjoyed staying at Dlux Saigon as it's location is ideal, it's very central and the establishment was quite easy to access. The manager and staff were really helpful and I had a pleasant stay there. I really enjoyed the solace of the spot, it's very quiet and well situated with just the right essentials to have a great time whether it's a city spree or just a short visit, you have all you need to live comfortably and in good spirit: TV, bed, shower, fridge, cupboard space and etc. My stay was brief though really great and I can see why it's such a hotspot for travellers and city dwellers. If you haven't been, be open to see and you just might stay.

we were given room 2A at the start of our trip, which had a fridge, sink and was spacious. we booked the place for 4 nights in total, and on the first night, the host entered our room when we were out to shift our bags to another room, 2D which was small, dirty and did not have a fridge or sink. he only told us about moving our stuff AFTER he has done it and with no explanation. we had to stay in a dirty and small room for 4 nights in total, disappointing.

it was spacious and fairly close to cultural sites (20-25 min walk). Area was tucked away from the busy streets so we slept very well.

The cleanliness let it down unfortunately - the bathroom in particular but everything served it’s purpose I suppose. also no kitchen amenities so no cups / plates / cutlery

The Vietnamese staff were very helpful.

The location is truly perfect to reach the center within a minute.

Firstly, room 1b was truly noisy because of some unknown devices which were turned on loudly, out of blue. Secondly, the toilet was not at the clean level that I usually met at the other local Airbnbs & I even found the spider web in the ceiling. No water bottle is available.
