Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants and bars and within short driving distance to many tourist attractions. Property was immaculate and had everything we needed. Deck and bbq was a bonus.

The accommodations were perfect for our family with 2 infant babies. The location was exactly what we wanted to explore the city and easy driving distance to great hikes. Michael responded quickly to any questions we had.

There were four women on this vacation. We all had our own room. Two full bathrooms made it great for four ladies. Location was perfect for walking around downtown St. John's. The house was very clean, with everything we needed for our two week adventure.

The property was clean and well appointed. The hosts were super responsive and made check-in very easy. The area is close to Water Street, an easy walk to restaurants bars. There were a few homeless people near by but I guess that does not differ from most cities these days. Only downside was a lack of air conditioning. Our first day was hot (and there are fans), second day was pleasant, so probably only matters on the hot days.

If you’re looking for location, cleanliness, amenities, and a place to put your feet up after a day of sightseeing then this is the place for you. Host is great and helpful. The place has everything you need. Highly recommend this accommodation.

This property was the perfect location for our family trip to Newfoundland. Very clean, communication with our host was great, easy check in process. Within walking distance to the many restaurants and pubs in downtown St. John’s. Would highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed for Labor Day week during our visit to St. John's and we also worked remotely from the house. The location is PERFECT. Just a short walk to the harbor or George/Water street but far enough away to be quiet, and no hills! When you read other reviews take into consideration the hills in St. John are no joke (think San Francisco). We also had a rental car and loved that we could keep it parked in the driveway without having to worry about street parking. The house was super clean and the WiFi worked perfectly with both of us working remotely each day. Mike and Doug also responded immediately anytime I reached out which was helpful. The kitchen was well-equipped though we dined out primarily because the location was close to all the bars and restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Needs upgrading. Needs new toilets ( they don’t flush. You need to double flush and shower needs new shower head it’s ready to fall off. Beds need to be upgraded.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, spacious and owner Mike was great to communicate with and very quick with responses. We asked for a couple extra items at the property and he was great about accommodating our needs. The location was perfect for our needs as it was walking distance to most everywhere we wanted to go. I would highly recommend this property

We were four friends traveling, so the three bedrooms plus an extra bed in a TV room in the basement was ideal. Nice to have parking in St. John’s. The house is bright and airy and clean, nicely appointed, fabulous washing machine and dryer. We had everything we needed, kitchen implements, lots of towels, Kleenex, etc. Definitely recommend.

The home was truly a home away from home! Everything was super clean and comfortable.
The location was perfect for many walks to downtown to shop, eat and listen to the great variety of live music.
The parking in the driveway was so convenient and easy access to roads out of town, made excursions hassle free and enjoyable. We were able to easily enjoy the great natural beauty of the area and return late in the day with no worries of finding parking!

This is a cute house in walking distance to everything in St Johns. We were visiting for a Real Estate Conference and wanted to be near the Delta Hotel. This property as reported by the host is right across the parking lot from the conference hotel. Access was easy and the house was well supplied with essential supplies.

Close proximity to downtown makes this an ideal base from which to explore St John's. It's immaculately clean, has a well stocked pantry and suited our group of 4 seniors to a tee. Communications with the host was exceptional.

We booked this house about 10 months before our trip and thoroughly enjoyed the 5 days, comes with everything you need including parking, laundry, walking distance to everything, and the hosts were great. I would definitely stay here again!

This house on the hill was nicely appointed with a great location—an easy walk to most everything. If it had been a little warmer, the back deck would have been great for morning coffee, too. Next time!
A few suggestions….
As we were a party of four, one more comfortable chair would have been welcome. Also, a pullout bed in the downstairs den would have been nice. Lastly, a small tv upstairs to watch the news would have been helpful.
We had a great time and found the home quiet and comfortable with good parking. I would definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed stay in this clean and cozy home. After travel across Newfoundland, we stay in this place to relax and explore the city. This house is in the quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to downtown Water St. Interior looks newly renovated and clean. Very comfortable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in St. John's. The location of our v.r.b.o. was excellent - took us 10 minutes to walk down to Duckworth/Water streets where "all the action is"....and 2 minute drive to #1 Highway. Our accommodations were very clean and the 4 of us had more than enough room for 'down-time'. Highly recommended.
