Our view was spectacular. Right over the bay! Beautiful.

We requested a king bed and received 2 queens instead. Our AC turned off during the night and didn't seem to be working properly.

We love everything about the Aloft. The staff are great. Best dog friendly hotel in Ocean City. Entertainment is excellent. We chose this hotel above any in Ocean City.

The staff was wonderful. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted. The ladies in the front were attentive and helpful. Check in was fast and easy.

Loved that this property was dog friendly! Very dog friendly! The ambiance was lovely! Friendly staff and a great location made for a very enjoyable stay with our pup.

The door slam loudly so it was a little loud but it wasn’t unbearable.

I loved the staff. They were very personable and helpful. The hotel was clean and decorated wonderfully. The boat to Seacrets was incredible.

I did think the prices were very high and that the carpets in the room could use a shampoo.

Have stayed here before. Love the properties, amenities and location.

I didn’t give it a 10 rating because when I booked, I was unaware there was a $10 per day off season parking charge.

TV remote needs to be replaced! I love a dog friendly hotel....however room showed some dog damage - screen was torn up, scratches on door.

I want my money back!! They did not allowed me to stay!! They want Me to have a credit card for there file !! All I had was cash !! The front desk person was rude , obnoxious, unconcerned that it was My Birthday trip !! I had to leave and return home !! I wasn't allowed to enjoy the room that I had paid For 😒 birthday trip gone 😒 bad !! I drove 3 hours for nothing! I DEMAND A FULL REFUND

El servicio de internet y el baño con su ducha nada más eso estaba exelente..

El cobro del Parqueo es un abuso ya que por eso uno paga los servicios y que le cobren parqueo adicional cuándo uno llega eso es pésimo y abusivo, otra tenía que salir afueras para usar el microondas hay bastante qué corregir, pape higiénico tuvimos que ir a comprar por no avía nadie que nos atendiera en ese aspecto..

Nobody fully explained how to operate some items in room. No soda machines had to get from their snack shop.

I really liked that you get a free umbrella and chairs setup on the beach. Staff is friendly. Rooms are modern and comfortable.

Finding a parking spot is sometimes a problem. The walls are a bit thin. You hear everything happening in the hallways when in your room. The balconies are nice but you are so close to others it can be awkward.

Loved the amenities beach shuttle, seacrets boat shuttle. Liquid Therapy Bar, pool. 🌞super dog friendly. Lots of adorable 🐶
