Location was excellent,facilities were as promised and it was very comfortable.

We were totally happy and everything was there for our 2day visit,we had parking and Wi-Fi which was a massive bonus and even chairs for sitting on the beach were provided,what more would you want??

It was the perfect location, once we got there we didn’t need to use the car again, everything was walking distance. Added bonus was there was parking, we pulled the car round by the alley when leaving to load up the car, so not a massive inconvenience carrying cases down the road!

The bed and sofa were not very comfortable, but fine for two nights.

proximity to the beach and amenities, property had everything we needed and was very comfortable with my dogs x

mattress was uncomfortable could do with mattress topper.

Lovely touch with welcome pack and blanket for the dog, thank you.

Bathroom was a little snug but manageable.

Quaint place, close to shops, public transport and beautiful views. We like the set out of the annex. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and clean. Shower cubicle spacious.

Could do with a light outside. Facilities (no washing machine/wardrobe space) not appropriate for a longer holiday. Bathroom and bedroom windows didn't close properly.

It was perfect we all had a great time even the dog we met the host she is a lovely caring woman definitely go there again

The annexe was so cosy and comfortable, it's location was close to both the beach and the shops.

we loved this place. it was lovely and quiet, had everything we needed, and was a nice walk from the beach and other attractions, shops, restaurants etc

It was an ideal place for a couple with dogs to stay in Barmouth. comfortable, clean and right in the town.

Location was lovely and the annex is lovely

When we where on the phone she seemed pleasant and after asking who’s staying I said my husband and I (a gay couple) she came across as rude and like she didn’t want us there. Walls where water stained or some type of mold near the window area. Cleanliness of the home. Bed was hard and uncomfy and after looking underneath we noticed the amount of dust that had been piling up for what looked like a long time. Would highly not recommend coming here to anyone. We really didn’t feel welcome at all.

Quiet location, yet near beach and local amenities. Good communication.

It was so well equipped, everything you need in a cute little annex! Very well thought out. Very cosy and comfortable. Wendy was very friendly and helpful and I felt that both myself and Deedee the dog were in very good hands. Thank you Wendy :)

This was out of the owners control, so not a fault of the property, but parking nearby was an issue. Also, because of the lovely weather the streets near to the property were very busy so parking was a little tricky. However it didn't put me off! Just something to be aware of if taking a lot of stuff :)

Very close to the prom and beach

You have to walk down a dark alleyway filled with smelly bins, old fridges and abandoned shopping trolleys to get to the property. The smell of old dog is overwhelming when you enter. The place was not clean, there was someone or somethings hair everywhere. Dirty glasses and old dried food on the cutlery. The place is tired and scruffy. I told the owner I was not happy with the cleanliness with the property. She did offer for her daughter to come clean again but it did not happen and when I sent her photos she read it and did not reply.

The propert was in a great location for the beach and town. Very clean and comfortable.

I would have preferred the bed to have been more central in the room with a shelf rather than a side table.

It was a great, clean, warm apartment and the pride was very reasonable.

The place was easy to find. The apartment itself was clean tidy and just what we needed. And Max ( our dog ) loved it too !

The bed is small and not very comfortable ,shared yard not good for dogs .

The apartment was as descibed but was very good and comfortable

Could have been cleaner kitchen was very cold not a critical of the apartment as it was stated in description that there was stairs we thought we could cope but unfortunately we could not so have had to cancel another visit we had booked but would definitely recommend for others to visit

Proper wardrobe space, clean bed linen, washing machine missing, back gate hard to close, general cleanliness in kitchen wasn’t good, rusty front of fridge, ice bid in freezer needed de-icing, inside fridge needed wiping out, cupboard fronts and table needed a good clean, more cutlery needed, bottom of shower needed mould removing, shower vent was full of dirt, parking to unload was a problem, main road a fair distance from accommodation, landlord (??) next door smoking below our bathroom and bedroom windows, cupboard front in the bathroom was de-laminating, toilet roll supplied was stained so unusable, in lounge area TV should have been on the other wall for ease of viewing, no mountain views from inside the accommodation. Was there supposed to be a welcome pack?? Additional cost for car not mentioned in details of accommodation.

I liked how it was hidden away and literally 5 mins away from the beach and local shops and facilities. Also it is dog friendly which is a bonus the dog loved his first holiday and so did we .
