The breakfast was good and they brought it to me via room service which I very much appreciated even it is their new policy. The location of the hotel was conveniently close to attractions and amenities.

Having only stayed there for one night I can't possibly comment on something I didn't like there. It was a pleasant hotel stay and I would stay there again.

pretty standard Holiday Inn really - no bad thing

Yinchuan is a spread out city and this doesn’t really feel near anything. for some reason every time we opened the door to the room and put the keycard in, the TV turned on and blasted messages at us - very annoying

Cleanness and comfort. Breakfast is good.

There are no restaurants near the hotel.

AC. apparently it listed here that they have AC, but when I arrived, I was told that the turned off the AC(cool air) because the weather is getting cooler outside. However, the room temperature couldn't get below 24 which I find is very ridiculous. They asked us to open a 10 centimeter wide window to let cool air in. But are you serious???

Compared to all of the other places I've stayed in Yinchuan, this place has been the nicest. It's so clean and the soap and shampoo smelled wonderful. The staff spoke great English and were so helpful arranging a didi che for us when we had trouble getting a taxi. It was comfortable, quiet, and the decorations also look great. Overall, I highly recommend it.
