Qiao Ling arranged for the collection of our clothes from the self-serve dryer as we joined a tour group and can't wait for the dryer to be done (about 1 hr 40 mins) during the operating hours of 8:30am to 10pm.

El hotel es precioso, sencillamente, todo nuevo, decorado con sumo gusto y muy agradable todo. El desayuno especialmente rico y el restaurante también. Cenamos varios días allí y nos encantó. La ubicación muy cómoda, cerca del centro y de la muralla Xian nos encantó, sin duda alojarnos en este hotel incrementó nuestro bienestar y nuestro agrado

Location of the hotel is good... surrounded by shopping centres and the rooms are very spacious. All the staff all very helpful too! They helped my elderly aunt up & down whenever there are staircases, and the manager even packed fruits & pastry for us to take on the high speed rail train to eat. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely book this hotel again if we are in xian!

Excepcionales instalaciones, servicios, atmósfera y ubicación. Desayuno excelente. Amabilidad y atención del personal.

La comunicación es especialmente difícil pues el inglés del personal es muy limitado o nulo. El gimnasio es francamente muy deficiente, máquina de pesos inútil y ni una simple mancuerna.

Bed and pillow is too soft. The lighting in the lobby and foyer is too dark

Good hotel, good location

Staff, unfriendly and gave me the keys to the room which locked me in the elevator because they were demagnetised. The ladies looked bored and uninterested. If they want to have more clients this is a big area for improvement.
