Location, good value

Room could be a bit cleaner

The hotel is very clean. We got a nice, comfy and silent room with everything you need. Location is perfect, really close to the night market and Muslim neighborhood. I hope to come back soon to Xi'an and stay at Campanile again.

First, I booked this place at the last minute...so I was more relieved than anything. My relief turned into pleasure when I arrived. It's a lovely property in a super location! People were extremely helpful, including introducing me to a lady who would eventually become my Xian tour provider. Breakfast was just right, and the free laundry facilities a nice bonus.

Great friendly staff, clean well facilitated rooms and also got a free room upgrade. Staff called after check in to make sure everything was okay with the room

Small but very nice room, comfortable beds with a choice of two pillows, good air conditioner, good breakfast, very helpful staff. Modern feel and great location.

Room floor sightly dusty on check-in. Construction site opposite hotel that started quite early in the morning. Fruit selection at breakfast could have been a little better.

The staff was excellent, it was clean and welcoming, and the bed was fantastically comfortable. Not too soft like American beds, nor too hard like many Chinese beds, and the pillows were big and fluffy. The bathroom was a good size, clean, with a large shower, and western style toilets. The breakfast was good and the little shop was useful for snacks. The location was amazing, just across the street from the drum tower and Muslim quarter, with easy access to everything. Loved it!

An excellent stay. The only very minor complaints were that the towels were a little old, the hallway carpeting needs an update, and there is no view to speak of.

This hotel is very well located, less than a 5 minute walk to the Drum Tower and entrance to the Muslim Quarter shopping street. Lots of local restaurants and shops around. The room was smaller than it looked in the photos, but it was comfortable, decent bed, great a/c, provided water daily, nice bathroom and shower, etc. The staff were friendly, although their English wasn't amazing, but they accept foreigners (we visited from Shanghai in early July) and they helped us set up our Xi'an QR code. Breakfast was simple but okay with a friendly chef who speaks English. Overall this place is a great deal for the quality and location!

Good central location.

Staff is very friendly and willing to help foreigners with payment issues ie ordering food delivery etc. Location is close to Muslim street and some restaurants but quite further away to shopping malls. The tour agency in the hotel provides packages to main place of interest and door to door pick up service which is highly recommended

Not convenient when taking taxi and buses, as they can only stop at the main road and have to walk a distance due to hotel located in a single lane.

It is a typical - western like hotel - which sometimes can be hard to find in China. Centrally located, 10 minutes walk to the metro station. Breakfast has both basic chinese and western options.

The location, new hotel, clean spacious room with adequate ammenities and its non smoking policy. Bed was comfortable. Short walk to local attractions, shopping malls, shops and cheap, good restaurants. Good breakfast selection with chinese and western food. There is a laundry room behind the coffee house. Love the rainwater showerhead. Courteous and helpful staff. There is a tour desk to book local tours.

Everything was good but to pick something, The AC was a bit odd seemed to stay at a set temperature even when you changed it but for time of year it was no problem.

The location in the center of the city, comfortable room.

Not all staff speaks good English, they didn't know too well the subway network.

Great location close to Muslim Street, Bell and Drum Towers, but set in a quiet neighbourhood behind the main road. 24 hour self-service laundry really appreciated. Table football was a hit with the children!
