I liked everything about the hotel.

I think the hotel and everything was nice but they need to put an air freshener in the entrance area and the exit areas because it smells very musty when u walk in.

The rooms are definitely great & cozy! Clean everything!

There was some form of fire but no instructions. Once asked where the stairs were employees couldn’t inform us where they were. Once outside they couldn’t even give us any information behind why what was going on. Key cards ended up stop working which cause us to be somewhat locked out of the hotel and our belongings. Management wasn’t much help either didn’t really feel safe with nobody knowing what’s going on.

Room had a lot of damage and countertops weren’t clean. Spilled drinks, stains, etc.

Loved the overall look and feel of the hotel and the room quality. They gym had a nice selection of equipment in good condition.

I've stayed in a few Springhill Suites in different cities and nothing specific that I didn't like. I would just say a couple of the hotel staff that I ran into, while they weren't rude, didn't have that friendly, helpful demeanor I'm accustomed to at other locations.

We like the fact that it was close to the interstate

The loud noises, cigar guts in front of elevator and outside entrance to the hotel.

Convenience

The pool was closed and we requested more towels had to get our own towels our TV remote was broke when we first got there and we had to go get a new remote from the lobby instead of them bringing us one.
