Location and friendly staff. Loved the food and staff at the rooftop!

They need to clean their irons. First one was burnt and dirty on bottom, requested a new one and it was worse than the first one. So we covered our clothes with a towel to iron so our clothes wouldn’t get stained.

Location was great. Hotel very modern and clean. Really good breakfast!

The location and the town, as well as, the plethora of places to eat, made Fort Wayne an excellent choice.

Our check-in was a little troublesome. Booking.com supposedly used my middle name as my last! With an hour left at breakfast, the choices were not replenished.

The location is very convenient with easy excess to many downtown attractions and restaurants.

The front desk staffs or interns need a lot of training.

We have stayed at this property before and we were pleasantly impressed. The location is perfect with plenty of parking available

This time around, our entire stay was a let down. We booked a ball park view and could barely see the stadium from our room. There were several unkept items in the room itself. The bathroom door was broken and there was what looked like dried vomit on the bathroom walls. The staff was very short and did not seem like they were willing to work with us at all in getting to a different room. Thankfully we were only there one night.

The room size was good for us. The location you really can't beat. The staff other than someone I talked to before arrival was wonderful and helpful.

There are two elevators. The first night we were there, one of the elevators went down for quite awhile. The hotel was almost, if not at, capacity so I had to take 5 flights of stairs twice with a kid under 10 or wait in a long line for the one elevator. Then there was no bedding for the sofa bed. While the staff was great, it took three separate trips to get all the pieces for the bedding. The refrigerator in our room was also broken when we arrived. The included breakfast was fine, but because it was so busy, it took forever for the waffle station as they only had one waffle maker. The other options were not really kid friendly if they wanted something other than cereal.

The cleanliness, how safe and secure it was to get on the elevator and having to have a room key to activate the elevator. Friendly accommodating staff, restaurants near by, snacks available, sitting areas in the lobby, complimentary breakfast.

The walk from the parking garage to the hotel was pretty long in the winter months and creepy. The noise from outside was very loud throughout the night.
