I booked this place for my daughter and her two friends, who were coming into town for a concert nearby. The property manager was very communicative throughout the process, which I appreciated greatly; and when my daughter had difficulty with the door-code, Melody answered her call right away and straightened it out. My daughter's only complaint was that when they arrived the trash can was full and one bed was unmade; but those kind of things can happen. Otherwise, they said the apartment was clean, comfortable and perfectly located for their needs.

Loved the condo! It worked so well with our weekend plans in Tulsa. It was very clean and nice! When we got ready to turn on dishwasher as we were leaving there was no soap to leave dishwasher running. The Keurig was nice to have, but it would be nice to tell renters just to bring their own pods. We used the instant coffee found in the condo in the generic pod. We would have brought our own pods if we had known. Overall, this property was excellent! And would stay again.

The location of this property is AMAZING! We stayed for a concert at the BOK Center and it was right in the middle of a ton of places to eat and was only a short 15 minute walk to the BOK Center. Plus we were able to stay with several people for way cheaper than what a hotel room would have cost us. Would absolutely 100% recommend this place to anyone!

Overall the location and property was great! Clean, plenty of room and well stocked for what I needed. I walked to a lot of the nearby restaurants which were all great. There’s a set of stairs to get up to the space, moving heavy luggage up and down was unexpected, but doable. I would stay again.

9.9/10 and that’s only because I didn’t like the couch lol We really enjoyed our stay! Super nice space and amenities! Superb location! Very nice host! And the building is quiet! I was afraid after reading some reviews about the train noise but it didn’t bother us at all. We slept like logs in the main bedroom!! Careful for the fire alarms! We were making garlic bread in the oven and something had dripped in the bottom of the oven and set the alarms off. 0/10 do not recommend, we couldn’t get them to turn off. Apparently, if they go too long, they go off all over the building and to our surprise brings about 3 for trucks to the building to turn them off. Lol smh fun times

I had an amazing weekend planned and it tuned into a total disaster. I booked this property and received the door codes and all the usual information. Arrived at the property, was able to get in to the front door, but once I was at the loft door, I could hear people in the unit. I tried my door code thinking maybe the noise was coming from another unit, but sure enough a young lady answered the door. They had booked the unit via another popular air booking site that this unit was double listed on. The property owner failed to check their emails and see they had double booked their property via two sites for the same dates and I was baggage in hand at their unit, ice and groceries melting in the heat, denied from my rental that it was realized. I’m so disappointed. I ended up in a subpar rental because I had to SCRAMBLE at 5pm on a Saturday and there was hardly a real apology more than “the calendars should have synced” YOU had my money. YOU had emails from two rental companies for booking dates and YOU as a property owner FAILED review your calendar to ensure your guests were covered. You rested on your laurels and ruined someone’s weekend without much concern or repercussion because you can simply refund my money…. Do better.

Clean and beautiful view of downtown Tulsa!

Had a great time at the very cool condo in the blue dome district of Tulsa. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars with a great view. Small hiccup when entering 1st time but was immediately resolved. AC worked great even during the 108-degree heat during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

This loft is a great location in the blue dome district. Plenty of restaurants and bars just out your door. Area is more of nightlife scene at night. The room had a spectacular view of the local baseball teams firework show. Would highly recommend!
