We are a group of lifelong friends who self-proclaimed themselves as the UBC (ultimate b!@*ch club, or UBC. We don’t get to see each other often, but when we do, it’s a good time. The accommodations were well beyond our expectations and we had a wonderful reunion.

The house is designed so well with an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom, big community spaces, and great interior design. We had a great time and the property was very accommodating. There was a small snafu with the cleaners and Molly was quick to make sure everything was taken crew of. Would totally stay here again.

Great property! The house was as described and great for a chill winter weekend at the beach. WiFi was strong, as many of us had video calls during the stay. Already looking for another weekend to stay here!

This was our second Girls Get-Away/Book Group stay at this home. It is so comfortable and well-appointed. Wonderful kitchen and great room. Large dining table great for group meals and doing puzzles. Comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms.

My family stayed here for a wedding. The place is gorgeous and was very clean. Molly was very accommodating.

Booked this for my daughter’s wedding and couldn’t have been happier - great suite on the first floor for the bride to be, and perfect for pre-wedding photos and bridesmaids prep. Location was convenient to the beach and downtown.

We were a group of 9 grammar school friends. House was walking distance to everything you need. Pool and fire pit were great additions. Kithchen was well stocked for everything you need to cook. Every bedroom had own bathroom which is a plus. We already booked for next year

The Cottage by the Sea was absolutely stunning. We were so impressed with the amenities and decor of the home. It was beautifully decorated. Everything was spotless. It was our first visit to Rehoboth Beach. We loved it! We vacationed with our sons, their wives and our 3 little grandsons. It was perfect for all of us! The home was conveniently located near restaurants and shops. There was a power failure in our area and we had a problem with the pool pump and air conditioning. Molly was very prompt in getting everything up and running for us. No inconvenience at all to us! We are planning on returning next year! Thank you again Molly!

Very comfortable, well decorated home in Rehoboth. Home was a longer walk to the beach than three blocks. All else was perfect!

The VRBO description of this property seemed too good to be true, but in fact the property was as wonderful as promised. There were so many nice touches we can't list them all. Plentiful pool toys and accessories, beach towels, a toddler "push bike", a stroller, a beach wagon. The backyard, though not huge, is very attractive, and in fact has everything one could ask for, including a lovely heated pool which was a highlight for all of our friends and family, especially our toddler granddaughter. The yard also had lounge chairs, a fire pit, a grill, and a dining table, yet did not feel at all cluttered! The house itself is very nicely furnished with 2 very nice areas for people to gather -- a cheerful bright dining area with sliding glass doors overlooking the yard and pool and a spacious living room with fireplace and tv. It's clear that the hosts care about their home and their guests. The furnishings are top quality and the hosts have arranged for numerous maintenance services, besides the thorough pre-arrival cleaning that one would expect. For example, one day someone came by to clean the pool. Another day someone came to treat the lawn. And on trash day, someone comes by to wheel the trash bins back from the curb to the house! All of this contributed to a wonderful vacation week for our family and friends. As a PS we'd note that the location is great - a pretty and quiet street within walking distance of Rehoboth Avenue.

We loved our stay! The PERFECT home for a break and to reset. The home was exceptionally beautiful!! Each room was warm and comfortable and inviting. Quality throughout! Nothing was skimped on. You can tell much love and thought was put into this new home. Great location! Quiet. We are grateful to have found this gem at the beach!! Definitely would book again!!!

Our group with 3 generations of friends and family had a wonderful time. The kids swam in the heated pool, teens went to Ocean City amusement parks, everyone enjoyed s’mores by the firepit and the beach in walking distance. The layout of the house is so open, comfy, and stunning, especially the indoor/outdoor feel and high end kitchen.

This beautifully appointed home was centrally located near shops and restaurants, however, was several blocks to the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the home to others wanting to stay right in town.

My family and I had the most wonderful time staying at this property! The home was immaculate and had everything we needed to relax and spend time together. The backyard pool was so fun, and the nearby shops so accessible, that we hardly even went to the beach (even though, when we did it was also glorious :)). We absolutely loved our time in the house. It was beautifully appointed and offered great amenities. Rehoboth wasn't quite yet awake from the offseason for our spring break, but everything about the property was perfect for our trip.

Eight moms enjoyed this beautiful home for a weekend away! The house was decorated beautifully and we were able to relax and enjoy. It is walking distance to all the beat Rehoboth has to offer. Our favorite evening was spent around the firepit out back. The hosts were wonderful and responsive.

Our group of 8 mothers/daughters/aunts had the most awesome long weekend at this gorgeous property! The house is even more gorgeous and comfortable than the photos convey! Decorated to absolute perfection! The beds were super comfortable, the living room with gas fireplace was perfect for our group of 8. Too cold and rainy to enjoy the spectacular outdoor space, but we will be back! Upstairs thermostat needed to be re-connected to the internet, so that took a tech-saavy person a bit to work through but otherwise the stay was a dream! Wonderful communication with the owner who even let us check in a few hrs early since it was not occupied before our stay. Kitchen was really well stocked with essentials. Best VRBO property any of us have stayed in! Wish it was available for Thanksgiving ‘24 but our group hopes to be back in March/April next year for another girls weekend & Needlepoint retreat @ Stitch-Stash! Thank you Molly!

This property was so well appointed! It was so comfortable and had all that we needed! I hope we manage to repeat this trip next year! The pool was a wonderful addition after we were able to get it heated. It definitely took a while to warm up since it was October. The fire pit was also a wonderful place to hang out in the evenings. We were able to walk to so many wonderful things. Highly recommend this property! Molly was very pleasant helpful and Quick to respond!

We have stayed at many vacation rental homes and this was one of our favorites!! New and modern, with a great layout for families. Great location as well. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go, the beach, restaurants, children fishing pier, bike trails and much more. We’ll be back!!
