It was a great location, home was clean and had most things that was needed for the weekly stay

I was going through the dishes and found food still on the plates as if they hadn’t been attempted to be cleaned. Also the hot water in the kitchen did not work, we contacted the office and it was fixed right away. Apologies were made for the dirty dishes.

We received the check in information at least a week in advance with all the information needed. They even provided us with a downloadable app with all the info we needed which was very convenient. The location was perfect. We loved being in the residential part of Tybee Island. It felt more local and less touristy - still within walking distance of everything we needed. The best part was being a block from the beach and a block from the grocery store. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. The TVs and WiFi access were nice to have for relaxing after a long day having fun exploring.

Some of the information was inaccurate like the Wifi password. I texted the property manager and they got back to me right away to sort it out. The two smaller bedrooms are downstairs, so if you have younger kids this arrangement might not work for you. It would've been nice to have some plastic wrap or aluminum foil in the kitchen for wrapping leftovers we made for dinner. Not essential, but just a minor frustration.

air conditioning would not go down to 70 degree

Location is in walking distance to several restaurants and a short walk to the beach from 12th street or 13 street. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Liked the 2 activities suggested, bikes, dolphin boat.

Very nice house. Very clean. Modern.

The upstairs A/C is limited to a low of 72 degrees. No beach access from the street the house is on. Neither of these facts were disclosed.

Very close to the beach. Nice terrace to spend warm evenings.
