It was quiet & peaceful. It was very spacious. It was centrally located on the island.

We saw a couple of large cockroaches inside, but this didn’t impact the comfort of our stay. I caught one of them and put it outside where it seemed to expire on its own, but the other one scurried under a piece of furniture. We only saw that one once.

Property was dirty and in ill repair. Not a good value.

I loved everything about the property itself - it is beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for our family of seven and could have fit a couple more comfortably. The kitchen was great as we could grocery shop and prepare our own meals. The laundry room was a wonderful convenience. We all loved the deck and balcony where we could enjoy the view of the marsh at high tide and the beautiful sunsets. It was a very peaceful setting. I usually don't sleep well away from home, but the beds were so comfortable! Also, great AC!

I loved everything about the property itself. There were a couple of surprises due to the somewhat inaccurate and misleading description of the location on booking.com. The "sea view" is actually a marsh view (as accurately described on the property's website as I have since discovered) and we thought we could avoid paying for parking since it is described as .6 miles from the beach ("close to the beach" on the property's website), but it is actually farther (more like a mile) to safely access a public beach - too far for our disabled family member to walk. So the only thing I didn't like is booking.com's lack of accuracy.

There was so much space, plenty of beds. 2 full decks to look off of peacefully. It was clean, plenty of cookware too!

The property had plenty of space. Decks were a great place to sit and relax. There was also a fire pit available. Beds were memory foam and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to fix our own meals, minus the food.

Nothing to complain about it, but there are stairs as you enter the property and going up to two of the bedrooms. Not unexpected at an island property though.

The space was unbelievable..the location..you couldn't ask for anything better...my grandchildren loved it..I will be back soon..the neighbors are so friendly and helpful

Plenty of room, awesome views from the back porches/ balconies onto the marsh, quick walk down the street to the beach, close proximity to stores & restaurants, quiet & peaceful neighborhood!

Great view for sunset! Very roomy.

The elevator wasn't working. The shower upstairs unable to cut off the water, just turns around.
