Fantastic location and this ground floor one bedroom apartment has everything you could need including different tog duvets (winter or summer), surplus towels, kitchen ware and utensils, incredible sky light with easy to use adjustment pole/stick w/attached fitting to open and close the sky light. There’s a Morrisons more or less across the street to stock up on whatever you are used to or would want to supplement your stay with. You can also recycle cardboard, paper, plastic, tin/aluminium using the pinkish red plastic bags supplied - just leave it tied outside of property before Tues morning. Key secure lock box was straightforward and instructions for use clear as a bell. No issues at all. Make sure you eat at the Cookhouse on Queen’s Rd two short blocks towards sea. The place is an enchanting experience from decor to staff to menu with the food as the star of this almost Disney level kind of production yet affordably priced. Worth coming to Hastings for just to eat there - but remember to call first to make a semi-formal reservation. And just 3 mins walk from Hastings Pad !

The location was ideal and the apartment was comfortable and contained everything we needed for our stay.

We’ve just returned home from a 6 night stay, lovely clean, comfortable accommodation with great amenities with in the property. The properties host Eleni is great! She was very attentive and provided us with all the information we required and ensured we had enough bedding and towels for our stay. A short walk to the town centre and the beach. Morrison’s 5 minutes walk, train station approx 10 minutes walk, for great days out to Eastbourne and Brighton. We chose to park at Priory Meadow shopping centre which was very reasonable! it’s a short walk away in the town centre and you can enter and exit 24hours a day for the duration of your booking. Definitely recommend this property, great value for money, great host, clean and comfortable.

It's near a quiet area and with a Morrison nearby. Lovely place, perfect for taking a short term trip with your friends. The host is very friendly. I strongly recommend it :)

Let me start with the host, Eleni. She was so welcoming and helpful both in the lead up to our stay and during, checking to make sure everything was ok. She gave clear instructions in relation to accessing and securing the property and about parking in the area. She also left us a card and gift for our anniversary, the purpose of our trip. The property itself was very clean and cosy (a home away from home), and in a really good location (a short walk into town and the beach front), perfect for what we needed. We would definitely recommend this property and would book to stay there again ourselves.

No dislikes. The sofa could do with updating, but that's about it.

Lovely little apartment a few minutes walk from Hastings centre. Had everything you needed to have an independent stay.

It's a lovely clean apartment with plenty of clean, white fluffy towels and bedding available. We only stayed for two days but it has a washing machine, fridge, freezer and cooker and enough facilities for a week long self catering holiday. There is a large, comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The bathroom is a lovely size, with an over-the-bath shower. The bedroom is lovely and spacious and the double bed is very comfortable. There is plenty of wardrobe and storage space, too. The apartment is situated near the new shopping centre, and is about half an hour walk from the old town, which has beautiful, winding streets and, lots of gift and curiosity shops, restaurants and old fashioned pubs, where we had our Sunday lunch. If I went back to hastings, I would definitely choose to stay in this apartment. It was lovely.
