I did not receive the code to access the room, tried to send them message, email, and even call them - no reply at all. I went in from of the apartment and lucky me there was a lady who kept saying it was not there, after insisting she contacted someone else (maybe owner), and guess what? Yes it was there. But according to them the room that I booked with sea view and terrace was not available, so they gave a smaller room with no terrace, parcial sea view... totally disappointing.

The view from the apartments was absolutely gorgeous! Throughout our stay we upgraded to King David apartments - It’s spacious, 4 of us had plenty of space. The building is 5 mins away from gorgeous beach. Bedding, towels, general tidiness was spot on in both apartments we lived in, cleaners were doing good job.

For the money paid in the end, the apartment didn’t meet our expectations. We had an upgrade to King David room because Family could not fit family of 4 adults, and didn’t have any balcony/terrace. Family room had bathroom locks/hooks/shelves falling out and apart, WiFi was down for no reason for half a day once. King David room had oddly working boiler in one of the bathrooms, broken toilet lid (set aside) in the other. The bubbles in jacuzzi wouldn’t turn on, cutleries and kitchen appliances were quite modest (e.g. we had to ask for more tea cups because there were simply only 2 in the apartment). General tear and wear in some places was beyond comfortable like pieces of wall paint cracked and fallen out throughout the apartment. There was no air con in one of the bedrooms which instead had some sort of portable fan - gave my sister cold and neck aches.

We had a great holiday and staying at the Sunset Suite was a big factor in that success. The beach front location, the very easy access to the local beach, the seafront boardwalk, the close proximity to the center of town with its restaurants and attractions, the central location which allowed for easy access to main roads in and out of Natanya and the dedicated car park were an asset and a huge bonus. Inside the suite we liked the generous deck, the spaciousness of the rooms, the outside bath and the endless sunsets. We loved it and we will be back for sure. Awesome. Maria and Dan

Nice place, great sea view and 6 minutes to the beach! All conditions for comfortable living. A big terrace.
