Old room, no pool, hot room

The service from front desk staff upon check in.

Breakfast was amazing! Room was excellent except for lack of hangers & regular closet.

No hanging space.

Breakfast was OK. The view was wonderful.

AC was broken.

Some of the staff very helpful and pleasnat, others slightly less so. Had room with view over the beach/sea.

Somewhat shabby in places. Could do with repainting/refurbishing. The stairs to be used in an emergency should have been better lit; there was a fire alarm while we were there. It was a false alarm, but might relflect dodgy electrics, since the electric lights went off on our floor one night.

Very good hotel for its price. Various breakfast, situated at the Netanya promenade in the shore, 2 minutes from nice beaches.

Some noise from near building under construction, but globally was very good stay. Once again, cheap enough for such kind of hotels.

We did not like the shower flooded into bathroom We needed to put towels all over the floor to dry up the water We did not like not having more electrical outlets for charging our phones We also did not have a place to hang up our wet bathing suits .

Great location near the beach. Kitchen personal are mostly friendly.

Unfriendly personal at reception desk, mashgiach Kashruth as well. The VAT 17% for Israeli citizens looks like a discrimination. Time of service in synagogue not coordinated with time of meals. Synagogue is full of french-speakers(not from hotel), who don't care of what happens with hotel visiters. Meals are well, but not outstanding. Not much choice as well.

Wonderful access to the beach.

The view - It was a good Sea view, you are as close as you can get to the sea. The room had a fairly comfortable working station. The location is very central and just a few minutes away from the main square and the life of the city.

THE HOTEL. I usually don't say bad things and focus on the positive but this experience was so bad and hurting (!) that I feel the need to let people know. Never in my life did a receptionist yell at a guest to get his or her opinion through. and just to elaborate, it wasn't a long discussion! the time it took her to start behaving that way were two sentences. I understand she must be tired of her job but it does not justify that behavior.

Upon seeing that the room was unsanitary we left the hotel.
