The room was very nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our host, Eytan, was especially nice and available to help us with anything we needed. The location is wonderful close to the Netanya beach with a market close by. Our room had many extras, including coffee and flip flops for beach use. The price is the best in town. Netanya is a great and beautiful place to visit very calm with friendly people and great restaurants. We will be coming back.

The owner was so friendly and accommodating, allowing us to arrive early because of a flight arriving in the morning. The place is cleaned daily and every need is met. There were even treats left for us. The location too is great, a short walk to the town and beach. Perfect

A plesent surprise the room as the foyer is not the best.

No reception so led to confusion plus language barrier.

The hotel is in perfect location, minutes walk to the beach, city center, shop’s & cafe. the place is cleaned daily, the landlord is fantastic to communicate and solve any issues during the stay. we definitely come again.

The most important thing about this place is the location. Everything else is not so important ;) near central street restaurants and beach. Host speaks english, russian.

simple apartment home

The room was spacious enough for a couple, very clean and organized. Bed was comfortable. Check in & out was fast. Great location, minimarket close by, 5min walk to the beach. staff was very kind, they even let us choose our room.

The shower doors didnt close properly, so it was always wet in the bathroom. The room was pretty dark. There was only one socket by the bed (but two more behind the microwave).

Excellent location, very clean, it was exactly what we needed, close to the beach and to the main street with restaurants.

it is near the park hotel where they have during summer month minyanim. its near the beach. the host is really freindly.it is a five minute drive to kryis sanz where they have the best jewish needs taken care for you.

The noise from the street, but it is really downtonw, soI should not complain. No parking even it was advertised. We should hunt in the neighbourhood

Excelent place to stay in Netanya if you are on a budget or simply don't want to spend too much. The apartments have a bathroom, bed, TV and a small kitchen with a few utensils and a minibar. The room was clean and organized. Overall I was completely satisfied with my stay. The hotel even offers laundry services for a great price. The place is really well located, close to convenience stores, restaurants and the beach, all within walking distance. Plus, if you go by car there is free parking nearby. Lastly, the host Eitan is very responsive and was always available to answer any questions I had. Also thanks to Svetlana who checked me in and, despite not speaking much english, made sure I was well received. Great hotel, would definitely stay again!

The air freshener smells too strong for my taste. That's my only complaint.

The owner and staff were lovely. The owner arranged for us to checkout at 3pm on the day we left and arranged our transfer to the airport. Our room was very clean, fresh sheets and towels everyday. Excellent facilities in the room. Location was perfect. A great stay!

We liked that the appliances worked,there was plenty of hot water, clean towels each day and the staff were very helpful.

The decorating could have been better. The outside of the building appears shabby. A little more cutlery would have been helpful.

The location is in central place. 5 min walking. Good grocery store next to the property. free parking Eitan is very welcoming and attentive to the guests requirements.
