modern,property well kept

bed was too soft for us,sink didn’t drain good and thermostat needed battery the temperature didn’t match the thermostat in the room

I liked the comfort of the beds and the pool area was super nice. It was in walking distance to a few things

I felt like it was way more expensive than other hotels around that were the same quality.

the hallways and elevators need a cleaning

The location was great and was close to everything

It was unknown to us that apparently due to staffing issues rooms are only cleaned every other day, when our room was cleaned only the trash was removed and new towels were put in the bathroom, nothing was wiped down or vacuumed. When me and my girlfriend asked for our room to be cleaned after 2 days we were met with a rude woman who said they would get to our room if they had time. The bathroom near the lobby was always dirty as well.

Great calm, clean, layed back environment, and very centrally located. My wife and I really enjoyed the gas fireplace outback at night time.

There was nothing to not like.

Location is perfect and good breakfast

The water heater was broken so we were not able to have a warm shower when it was 5 degrees outside.
