ソウル中心部が高すぎて、こちらに落ち着きました。 漢江より南に位置してるけど中心部まで電車で１時間ほどです。 思ったほど広くはなかったけど、スーツケースを広げることができました。 隣の部屋の音も聞こえず、静かで快適でした。

衿川区庁駅まで15分程かかります。少し遠いです。 バスタオルの端がほつれてるのがありました。それはお客様に出さないほうがいいです。 後歯ブラシの質が良くないです。毛が取れて不快でした。 バスタブの奥にしか水よけが無いので、トイレの方に水が入ります。排水口はあるのですが、トイレの時に足が濡れて嫌でした。

룸 시설은 유명 호텔과 같았습니다. 모든게 만족스럽습니다.

1.침구와 세면타월이 청결하지 않아 사용이 꺼려짐. 2.침구에 얼룩이 묻어있고, 베개에서 퀴퀴한 냄새가 나서 교환해봤지만 동일한 냄새나 남. 결국 베개는 사용하지 못함.

The room was very clean and had a beautiful view, had an AC. There's an ice machine on every floor which was awesome and I've used it every day. There's a number of 24-hour convenience stores close by (7Eleven, GS25, CU).

The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes walk from Geumcheon-gu Office Station of Line 1 of the subway system. You'll most likely be about 1 hour commute (one way) from most attractions, as most of them are on the other side of the Han River.

It was comfortable and overall clean

The staff wasn't very helpful and parts of the room were not clean. We found old chicken bones in a drawer... the restaurant of the hotel isn't operational, the hotel alarm went off and it automatically opened the window we went to the first floor to ask the staff what it was about and they just said it was an error, it happened but when we asked for help to close the window they weren't doing anything until we insisted. The location is awful we had to take a lot of transportation to go to any location.

I come here regularly as I love the hotel and the rate is much lower than others in Seoul for what you get. They have a very good coin laundry and nice staff. I love the clean and modern rooms with bath tub. The surrounding area has good gyms, restaurants and a large Lotte Supermarket where you get amazing pizza and all the food you want

A bit distant from a metro stop. But very close to two bus stops, so not a big problem.

Location is good, surrounded by cafes and super markets. 10 Minutes walking distance for metro station. Though it is in residential area its still peaceful. Its almost new hotels with very clean facilities. Though the room are pretty smaller than expectation. Reception staff is very good and courteous for any help or guidance you need for surrounding area or trains.

Unfortunately they haven't had iron board and iron in the room or in hotel so it was a bit discomfort for a business travelers. Near by several self service laundries available but no steam pressing service found.

Property was new with spacious rooms. They kept our luggage before check-in time, which helped us a lot. The room was spacious as well, with a big bed for asian standards, with a couch and desk to use. Bathroom was good size, with all amenities needed. There were two convenience stores, one within the lobby and one across the street, which we used frequently. Metro is about a 10 minute walk.

The property is quite far away from any attractions in Seoul, but that’s on us. Subway takes between 30 minutes to an hour depending on where you’re headed. When using a taxi be ready for some serious traffic. There were some weird yellowish spots on the wall, which we couldn’t identify, but needs to definitely be cleaned. Generally there were some weird smells in the hallways to the room.

We really liked the cafe located on the lobby floor, it's really good, delicious and relatively cheap. The hotel itself is stunning and the rooms are comfortable and the beds are great. The staff is very nice and speaks English. The hotel offers many services such as a gym and laundry which is really nice. We arrived early from check-in and the staff stored our luggage so we could walk around the city.

The location of the hotel is not so good, everything is quite far from it and requires walking and several lines of public transportation. The cleanliness of the rooms was lacking because the towels were not changed and actually they remain a little wet. The clothes dryer in B1 doesn't work properly and in fact does not dry the clothes at all, we try again and its still didn't dry them, as well other people who were with us there who tried to dry the clothes didn't succeed.

I like this hotel. everything clean, nice quiet place, around the hotel big grocery shop, laundry at basement. lots of restaurants. I’m happy.

Great place!!! Really liked the hotel! I had clean room with very comfortable bed and sofa, desk, big tv, nice bathtub (my fav!). There are a lot of restuarants, convinience stores and Lotte Mart near the hotel. Also, It is about 20min on a bus to Gasan Digital complex with a lot of shopping malls Definitely come back there one more time!

I honestly like the hotel, however there are some cons... First of all, thin walls-means you can hear your neighbors, but i was lucky , that my neighbors were not very loud. Second, there was a little gap between the entrance door and floor, so you also can hear everything what happens in the corridor. And the last, I think the location is not very comfortable for people who are not familiar with bus routes and dont use buses in Seoul, because bus stops are very close to the hotel, but you have to walk about 20min(~2km) to Doksan station (the closest subway station). I took buses so for me it was not a problem and actually, I dont think 2km is very far , but if its summer it is insane to walk this distance. So keep in mind, that probably u will have to take taxi to subway stations

It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, plus it was an easy bus/subway ride into central Seoul.

The room didn't have seem to have any towels or housekeeping had forgotten to place fresh towels in the room. So pack your own, just to be safe.

Outdated brochures and leaflets with false information, e.g. they advertised the rooftop garden which was closed to the public. Also the leaflet received at the checkin desk said we could borrow an iron+iron board, but the service wasn't available 🙄

The view was great, such a beautiful hotel and amazing staff.

Our carpet was not cleaned daily even when asked and it was complicated to open and close the bath stopper.
