Rooms need renovation in bath

Breakfast was great and sufficient. Location was close to a nearby beach and restaurants.

There really wasn’t anything I disliked. My wife and I were only staying overnight to catch a flight the following afternoon.

Only stayed for one night as a stop over for airport. Plenty of facilities including swimming Pool, baseball court, and area for BBQ. Local restaurant served Bar food over looking bay reasonably priced food and only a two minute walk.

Accommodation was a little dated but serviceable.

Nice location. When we wanted to leave the reception was helpful in organising the shuttle.

When we arrived the staff just watched us struggling to get our bags in through the door. The receptionist was helpful. The room, however, could do with a good clean; there were hairs which were not ours! The booking.com website said there is a safe, which was not true. Breakfast was very basic indeed. The kitchen furniture belongs in a museum and we switched off the fridge because of the noise.

Carpet in my room was very dirty and the bathroom door would not shut.

The location was good. To get around to where I was visiting.

That staying 4 days the garbage was not taken out was told where the dumpster was felt that paying 2000.00 for the stay was unacceptable and no fresh towels were giving. Needs improvement.

The location was close to everything. The room was spacious and large refrigerator Social hour was nice AC worked well and was very quiet Staff was very polite and accommodating

Room was very very dark. No patio chairs on balconies Not enough chairs /Tables -sitting areas outside Pool area was small for the property Breakfast was bland and if you didn’t get there the first hour - there was none left ! Shower was small and nozzle was very hard to operate. Shower curtain was too short and water everywhere. Toilet was off balance Law officials after dark on property … asked us several nights what room we were staying in .

I ask to be up graded on the water way before arriving and that didn't happen. Way way too many teenagers they catered to and ignored us.

location, quiet and clean. The water pressure was great so shower was very good and it was very comfortable.

won't say I didn't like it. it's an older apartment complex turned into a hotel, which I like. but they are older so if you're looking for that don't stay.

beautiful property and the staff was excellent and friendly.. the value of the room is the best in Tampa.. so close to the water, beaches and nightlife..this was my second stay and I will only stay here whenever I come to Tampa.

the little sofa is uncomfortable but who is going to sit down much when you’re on vacation
