The breakfast was good. The woman taking care of the breakfast area was amazing

I had to fix the toilet, stained sheets, mold in the shower, shower not cleaned, housekeeping tried to come in at 9 am while we were asleep.

We had an overnight stay before we flew home to the UK from Tampa after travelling around for about a month.
The hotel was perfectly located. On arrival the receptionist was brilliant. Our room wasn't ready but we were early. We were checked in ahead of time thanks to all the staff. The room was spacious and clean. We dined out at the Bahama Breeze restaurant which is a two minute stroll. You could drive out to Tampa or Clearwater.
We had a very comfortable night and asked for a late check out. It was busy but the receptionist did her best to accommodate us once again. Breakfast is a complimentary continental style and was very nice and plentiful.
This hotel is ideally located for cruise ships leaving Tampa or the Airport.
Very good indeed and excellent staff especially the receptionist.
We didn't use the pool but there was one but it is small with no shade.

Our room felt damp, and sticky! The carpets were loose and sticky. And the bathroom basically part of the room. The door to the bathroom allowed everyone to hear everything going on in the bathroom. The pool was tiny as well

Nothing - maybe just the bed was comfy and clean. Everything else was filthy, the carpeted floors and the couch looked pretty nasty.
Management was an atrocity. Let them know it was the worst stay ever and that we had to wait about 40 min to get into the room. Then we got locked out of the room and the front desk woman didn’t know how to get the door opened and our child was asleep in the room. Then they blamed plus and said it was the dead bolt. There’s no dead bolt. So we waited another hour for the woman to open the door over the phone with someone else. Then they made it seem like we did something wrong. We couldn’t get in the room to be gone with and they’re trying to say the room door was dead bolted from the inside?!?!?!

It was a nice stay. peaceful!!
My room was near the ice machine and it was very uncomfortable the noise when other guests were using it. Some night this was at 3am.

Service was excellent, staff very friendly. Breakfast was great, coffee available all day, cookies at night and fruit. Would definitely go there again!
The rooms were a bit run down, carpets were filthy and floors sticky, but we just kept our shoes on.
