The location is perfect, so close to absolutely everything and the roof top was lovely to sit out on. Jim the owner was Soo lovely and even allowed us to come early and offered us baggage to be held over. Having your own fridge and kettle in the room was helpful and the option to use the iron in the main area. The bed was massive, Soo great to have room to spread out and it was surprisingly quiet in the streets outside considering it was Soo central to all the bars and restaurants. Also v.handy to have a clothes line on the roof top to make use of

The property is in the middle of renovations we weren't aware of but it was Soo noisy and early, with paper thin walls it was hard to sleep. The next room walls are also thin enough to hear plugs being inserted. The couple next to us happened to be at our wedding and agreed the same, the photos are not what you get, the kitchen area is shared and in the public area and the Aircon blows hot air (it was near 41° all week) I believe the family room would be best as it had facilities internally. Also for impaired individuals there is no lift which is understandable as the property is compact. There was also only one pump of shower gel in the shower holder

Great location and check in procedure was easy. Room was nice a clean, with a modern bathroom and plenty of space. There was also a shared kitchen with coffee machine. There was no noise at all at night despite being 30 seconds from the strip. The room was great value for money and I’d definitely book again if I returned.

The room was clean, bright, and fresh. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were high quality. The bathroom was modern, and the shower had good water pressure. Overall, we were happy with the room. The location was pretty good---near stores and restaurants but still quiet at night. The beach was a short walk away.

We had difficulty finding parking in the lot next door but were able to find parking easily in the municipal lot down the hill. We would have loved a better view---we looked out on the neighbor across the (narrow) street, who was frequently on her phone on her balcony. The room and bathroom were smaller than we had anticipated.

Like everytime i had a perfect time there. Jim is sucb a super host. It's perfect clean, a superb equipped. I love this place it's like my second home.

I cannot give this property high enough praise. It was absolutely perfect. Jim was a most attentive host and the studio apartment was ideal for a couple. Air conditioning was fantastic as temperatures were high. Looking forward to our next visit .

You cannot park in the street of the accommodation but there are plenty of free parking lots at walking distance.

My Residence was ideally located in the centre of Alvor. The accommodation and location did not disappoint. lovely decor,and fabulously clean and well managed property.
