Good location. Excellent size and views.

Difficult key pick up - No guest stopping/parking/ease of access. So many rules and conditions with monetary penalties! Some defaults were found in the room as soon as we arrived so there was fear we would be blamed. Contact was made straight away with the owners. Keys had to be left in the room - again no car parking on-site for this to happen. Check out was at 10am but cleaners were there at 9.45am. Although the residences were part of the Hilton tower, there was to be no direct contact. Again this made things difficult. If it was all one in the same, the process would have been much easier/enjoyable.

The best view , spa , pool indoor and out door kids had the best time
