just one comment. the building doesn’t have a lot of ventilation and the room had an interesting smell if left shut up. possible provide dome air fresh INV agents for guests to use.

clean and perfect location

The apartment was clean, great views, room for everyone, facilities were modern, everything you need if you wanted to stay in and cook. Pools were great, cafe served nice coffee, the parking lot smelled of baby powder.

There was nothing that we did not like.

We found two live cockroaches and a many dead. The cups, plates, utensils were dirty (had foggy marks). It was really disappointing.

we booked two rooms- super inconvenient that they weren’t nearby one another or at least in the same building. this made visiting each other tedious.

Bed sheets needs a more thorough cleaning, cuz ours during our stay still has a little bit of short hairs & small spec of dirts. But other than that the bed was clean and comfy.

Handy location, especually on a rainy weekend.

Very busy accommodation. Lifts were always packed or some not even working. Didnt know there was 2 apartment towers and our friends were in the other tower which we couldn't access with our keys. Apartment was clean but not young family friendly with a glass table and lamps too large for the size of the bed and room For a 3 night stay not provided with even 1 extra bin liner or even an extra milk. Indoor pool was actually quite cool and kids were shivering.

Great location and facilities

Most places let you check in either early or out late! There is no exception with booking with H-Residence -GCLR with either of these options for those that are wondering. Picking up the keys was rather easy but it is some distance to where you are actually staying, so checkin is actually after 2pm by the time you grab keys and find carpark spot, find entry etc Leaving Keys was abit confusing. I do admit I read instructions wrong as I thought to leave keys in the apartment, then we were able to exit building. You need to take keys with you, try and find a park outside hilton ( which can be impossible to get a close park, go all the way up back to room to leave keys in room then back to car! LOCATION LOCATION! LOVED IT!

House keeping was abit off, dirty dishes, had to rewhash dishes For the amount you pay a night at least please have ice ready in Freezer and clean dishes.

amazing views, great facilities, had 2 couples staying and had plenty of room in the apartment, the location was perfect as we walked out of the hotel and the shops were right there

the only negative thing is it’s not serviced however for the savings I didn’t mind just make sure you bring washing powder if you’re planning a long stay or fresh towels

That there was no personal on site that you could go talk to for a problem. It was the Hilton that run 50% of the site and when you book away from the Hilton H star are your property manager. I think there needs to be a better system. Also customers of the buildings and apartments are truly out of control no one social distancing not many wearing masks and no one in forcing any of this behaviour. 25 people in a spa is a little stupid children and younger adults diving into shallow pools . So these are very poor Work place Health and safety regulations that are not inforched. All I have said is the truth and something should be changed.
