There were no water jugs. And nothing in the bar.. I had to go fumbling around for a cup which at midnight was unpleasant. No parking.

The whole experience of Novotel was outstanding, My husband and I chose there for our honeymoon and they were so sweet, we even got a congratulations card with chocolate covered strawberries. It's close to everything you need and want and a short walk to the beach, the staff were so polite and the breakfast buffet was great, their omelettes were so tasty and the scones with jam and cream, oh god I'll be thinking about them for weeks. Overall probably our best experience with any hotel we've stayed at.

Trying to stream movies was a pain.

The age of the hotel, all facilities is showing it's age and getting charged at premium price.just don't add up.

Excellent location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Novotel doesn't have their own parking but parking is available under the shopping centre next door which has direct access to the novotel and at a special rate. Buffet breakfast was great! The room was comfortable with much needed aircon

Shower over the bath leaked water in all directions making it hard to keep clean clothes and towel dry. House keeping were rushed off their feet that they didn't replace our dirty towels. Hotel was fully booked making it a lengthy wait at times for the lifts

Aircon was weak, leaking fridge, flick switch was broken and card holder for room was broken.

Location (close to shops and beach)

Small rooms, slow lifts, dirty room and overcrowded. Pool was disappointing (nappy floating in the water).

It locates near the shopping and dinning place. The room is clean and the bed is very comfy. My room is beach facing which is a very nice view. Hotel has the "Go Green" which help to save energy and save us some money for food.

Not enough hook or hanger for hanging wet clothes. We have 2 adults and 2 kids, going to beach, pool and wetnWild in different day. We needed to hang 4 set of clothes and bather for air dry. We used all the chairs and coffee table in the room for handing the clothes.

Clean rooms, helpful staff.

Parking was difficult and asked for an ocean view but wasn’t able to be given a room looking that way at all.

Room service came at 6 in the morning and kept knocking. bruh, we were sleeping? Constructions next door woke us up on the first day, again, 6am. Yall dumb? Room service prices way too much, oh fair enough if we are broke

Everything except the construction somewhere or above our room and the shower had a tiny half door which resulted in water being splashed outside into the main bathroom meaning we had to get new towels everyday after drying the floor.

The room was not like the one shown in the photos, and we didn't have a spa bath big enough for two people, which is the whole reason we went there. The room was old and dilapidated.
