This is a really quiet and nice spot. I loved how the sunrise floods the room in the morning. It was cosy, warm, and well cared for. Thanks also for pulling the blinds down before I got in at the end of each day. That was a nice extra touch which kept the room warm and welcoming!

Pleasant rural accent yet well situated in Havelock. Very private away from main house with friendly welcoming owners who let you be. Highly recommend.

This is our second visit to Palm Tree Cottage. Thank you for the most lovely cottage, and the quiet and peaceful environment. The cottage had everything we needed with lovely walks and cafe's close by.

Beautiful spot gorgeous little batch so wonderful for a much needed break and to be able to have our little cocker spaniel with us was a dream . Feels rural with beautiful views and a bonus to still be super close to Havelock North eateries and Hastings !!

Hello our booking said we could not book as booked already, then it proceeded to charge our account!! Requested someone call me, just proceeded to ignore my messages. bad booking experience and bad communication - will be avoiding book a batch

Our host Ross was very welcoming and it was nice to have a friendly face pop over to say hello when we arrived.
The cottage was a great size for us, clean & warm. The location was perfect, close enough to all the places we wanted to get to and far away enough for the peace and quiet. It was great we were allowed our little dog with us. Thank you.

Lovely property.
Rained all weekend but the cottage was warm and dry. A great base to come back to.
The lawn was great for the dogs to stretch their legs first and last thing.

We enjoyed our stay at Palm Tree cottage it was a lovely peaceful setting in the large garden, a perfect place to take our wee dog with us. It had everything we needed.

Was a lovely little place to stay. Ross and Glenda were really friendly and around if we needed anything. Will go back no problem. Lovely gardens too. close to Bike tracks as well and great shops not far away . . And took our little dog no problem was great. Thankyou so much for that.

The unit was clean and as pictured. Had all the basics, everything we needed. The property is just beautiful and has a lovely backyard which was perfect for our little doggo to run around in. The owners are super lovely people. We will definitely be coming back to this property!

Was all open, clean and ready for us on arrival. Wifi for this particular room was poor ( low bars ) still useable though. Very nice room and would stay again but longer next time hopefully.

We were greeted by a gorgeous little quoll on the rear verandah- a great start to our stay. The house has everything you'd need for preparing meals and dining, the bed is very comfortable, lounge furniture very comfy and stylish. The use of recycled timber is very effective and adds to the casual, cosy feel of the home.
The view through the huge windows is nothing short of spectacular.
We spent most of our time on the water -kayaking, fishing and swimming or just watching the water traffic out on the channel from the deck. We didn't really feel the need to explore the island, but went to the pub for lunch one day. The property, view and ocean was so relaxing.
We've told all our friends and family how good this place is.

Loving the country lifestyle block where the cabin is set. Only a few minutes from Havelock North town centre by car. This is a thriving centre with great coffee from the Work Room cafe. Giant micro brewery a hit for dinner. Hosts were awesome and had a lovely chat. We did not see a lot of them after chatting so felt welcomed and also like we had space. The studio cabin is quite self sufficient and pet friendly.

We stayed here for a quiet Christmas with our dog. It was perfectly sized for the two of us plus our dog. Very conveniently located to Havelock North town centre and other sites... including wineries! Very quiet and peaceful location to wind down after a hectic year. Ross and Glenda lovely, and very helpful and available for anything we needed.

Lovely studio cottage in gorgeous garden of the owners property surrounded by orchards. Excellent location for exploring Hawkes Bay with everything no longer than 25 minutes drive. Havelock North is only 5 minutes drive away.

I would say a great place tp stay and to have my dogs with me was so good in all I would give the owners 10 out of 10 for a great time we had on our wedding day 2 years ago now A +++++++++++++++++++
