I like the fact that the room was clean there was Ac and warm water to have baths.

the location was ideal and the closeness to the beach made it acceptable. There is a pool on site was was nice but we didn’t get to use it. it needed to be cleaned the first day we got there which wasn’t done until the second day in the morning which was done and ready to use quick early in the morning

The host wasn’t available/able to visit us at the property although we encountered quite a few problems at the apartment which needed immediate attention. First off the apartment wasn’t properly clean if cleaned at all, in the kitchen the microwave didn’t work, there were forks that were bend out of shape, the refrigerator didn’t closed and to get it closed you had to slam it shut which didn’t always work, we had jerk pork that was left in the fridge that spoiled. There was pot without handle and only two burners on the stove worked. For the living room we were faced with molds in the AC units that smelled really bad when turned on, this was also the case in the bedroom, we reported this and she send a technician out the next day to have them cleaned which wasn’t bad but she should have done a full property check before guests arrival to ensure guests wouldn’t be faced with these challenges. The curtains in the living room was rid off and was not presentable there was a missing glass from the side glass table that was hidden with a blanket. In the bathroom the water doesn’t flow from the shower we had to use the pipe attached to the tub at the bottom. The apartment needs more sockets that are accessible for use, there was only one visible in the bedroom, which wasn’t very accessible because it was located behind the bed. One positive: The bed was comfortable! There was two ACs and one AC remote that we had to keep taking back and forth, there was no batteries in the cable remote which she did replace. I felt that we were met with a lot of excuses and no solutions just words to comfortable us but for me it didn’t work because I manage properties as well and I am fully aware of what it takes to provide a welcoming environment for clients.

The air conditioning had mold , the microwave made a loud noise . The refrigerator was horrible , didn’t cool anything. No extra towels, No trash bags for a family of 3 that had to eat 3 meals per day. No change of linens. Trash was swept in the bathroom corner upon arrival . I would never rent someone’s apartment. They never show you the pathway of getting to the apartment. Hallway smelled of roach spray.

The place was clean and nice bed was comfortable and most of all there where extra blankets for my kids the staff was nice the Security was nice everything was great am already planning my next trip here

The bath tub need changing it's old but it was clean

I love the peace n relaxation the staff is friendly and welcoming I have to recommend miss Janice your so pleasant and kind hearted I definitely have to come again

The radio is outdated would be a plus if they had a bluetooth radio along with a smart tv for Netflix and YouTube
