La ubicación es perfecta, a 2min de la playa y muchos restaurantes, supermercados cerca. El personal encantador, todo muy limpio.

Cosy place, really nice pool with lots of vegetation. The bedroom was so nice, and the bathroom big and super clean. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. Will repeat!

La propreté des lieux, le drain de la douche était bloqué, il y avait des fourmis dans la chambre, aucune eau chaude et avait un bar Ultra bruyant comme voisin..

Acqua calda inesistente, reception chiusa nel pomeriggio, discoteca vicino con musica fino alle 3 nel weekend e si sente anche la preghiera. Rapporto qualità prezzo bassissimo rispetto ad altre strutture in zona. Una notte é saltata la corrente e ci siamo alzati alle 6 dal caldo e la host non sembrava particolarmente dispiaciuta.

Worst booking experience. I arrived at the hotel with a confirmed booking. No one was at the reception. Tried to call the number provided and texted them - no answer. A costumer called the responsible person and said that they would come. 30 min. later, still no one there. I called again the number. This time a former worker answered and said that he has spoken with the boss. He said that there was a mistake with my pricing and that they don’t have a booking/ room for me. They didn’t even text me or were there to discuss that in person. They just left me there without a room. Outside facilities didn’t look as clean and well maintained as advertised either.

My stay in Kuta, Lombok was nothing short of fantastic. The room was immaculate, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The breathtaking view from my window added a touch of serenity, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The attentive staff and their warm hospitality enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a memorable getaway.

This place was beautiful- the villa was just like the photos and the staff were lovely. Exceptional big rooms and so close to all of the daily things. Gave them 5 stars for all. Pool was amazing and the morning views also insane. We booked for 2 nights and we’ll stay for a week! 100% recommend this place!!!

The bed was super comfortable and the staff made us feel at home, perfect place for a romantic getaway!

Great location, all good restaurants are on a walking distance. The room is very big and the bed as well. The staff was the friendliest of all. I would 10/10 book this accommodation again when even coming to Kuta again.

The staff was great, my friend got really sick and they were super worried and helped us with everything we needed. The location was very central.

The fridge wasn’t working, all our food got bad and we were expecting to cook but without the fridge it wasn’t possible. Also the hotel is behind a night club so it’s very very loud at night (except on sundays), so if you are looking for a peaceful night maybe bring noise isolators or find another hotel.

Room was absolutely incredible, so clean, spacious and modern. Felt very luxurious! The pool is lovely and clean aswell and has sunbeds for sunbathing. Great location and staff were friendly too.

We thought the location would be great. However I think we tried to stay too close to the beach. It's more of a local beach than used by tourists. It's not far, but quite dark walking back. Lovely people doing laundry and making the most amazing clothes, selling from little stalls. The pandemic has been hard for Indonesians and at times you could feel the desperation. The shared kitchen needs to be cleaner. Also our room wasn't cleaned once during our stay.

In our experience, we encountered a bit of a hiccup upon arrival as there seemed to be a misunderstanding about our reservation. However, the staff was able to resolve this issue, albeit with a slight language barrier. While the room itself was spacious, we must admit that it was not up to the expected standards of cleanliness. The sink was clogged with old and dirty water, and the toilet seat and pan were also visibly unclean and stained. Throughout our stay, we noticed that our room was not attended to for cleaning, which was a bit disappointing. Another aspect worth mentioning is that the roofing material of corrugated iron resulted in a rather noisy environment during windy periods, which may be bothersome to some guests. Additionally, it's worth noting that there is a nearby nightclub that operates until 3 am on weekends, which unfortunately impacted our ability to get a good night's sleep. Overall, we appreciated some aspects of our stay, but the issues mentioned above did detract from the overall experience. We hope these points can be addressed constructively to enhance future guests' experiences.

The location was good, however not on the beach as said on booking.com.

The toilet wasn’t flushing at all, linen was not clean, big clump of hair in the room and in the shower drain, no towels and toilet paper by arrival. Staff were not welcoming. Seemed like they were hanging around in the chilling area the whole day. Did not feel comfortable to use the swimming pool because of that. In short, a lot of money for a not so comfortable stay. Would not recommend.

Nice big and bright rooms, with amazing ocean views and super friendly staff. Super confy and an amazing outdoor area. They let us have our little puppy with us during our stay.🙏😊 we would definitely recommend it and come back again.

When we arrived, the toilet wasn't clean, we had to ask to clean it mext day when we asked they came to clean the bathroom and scrubed the entire room but not the toilet,🤦‍♀️ I had to buy products and clean it myself..

the room and bathroom all full of dust.. especially the cupboard.. and the bathroom doesn't have any aor circulation, so it's all humid. the water closet so disgusting(i just use it if i really need to)
