A beautiful location right on the beach. The property gardens were superb and I loved sitting by the pool in the afternoon sunshine. All the staff are so friendly and attentive.

So unfortunate that a big new toilet facility was built on the beach right in front of the restaurant obstructing a clear bay view. It has upset regular guests but we haven't known anything different so we are still impressed with a beautiful beach location.

Everything was fantastic, the big rooms? The beautiful gardens, the pool and the location opposite the beach!

The location of the accommodation is great, walking distance from the bustling area of Kuta’s restaurants but yet very quiet and silent, also at night. The staff is very friendly and helped us with our requests - we hired a driver two days in a row to visit some other beaches in Kuta. The gardens and the pool are also very nice. The restaurant where breakfast is served is really nice, service is fast and we could choose from quite a few options (local and more Western dishes). Coffee is good too! Rooms are spacious.

Unfortunately we were really disappointed with the room. The place is in need of serious renovations - walls are damaged, the paint is scraped, infested by mosquitoes, the entrance door does not close properly and has holes in it, there’s mole in between the bathroom tiles. Everything was dirty, from the windows to the mirrors, spider webs and dust on the shelves, we had dirty towels and daily housekeeping is basically just about doing the bed. We put one of our towels on the floor once to get it changed but the staff just picked it up from the floor and put it back on the shelf.

- Lovely bungalows - Ultra comfy pillows - Extremely gorgeous garden - Clean - They would pack your breakfast if you are leaving early - Super easy to rent a bike from them as well as book a car if you are going to Rinjani next - Nyoman and Shimon at the reception went above and beyond to assist us, I cannot praise them enough - Oasis in the otherwise hectic town - They accommodated early check in for us - Overall fantastic place above our expectations

The view is not so good anymore, unfortunately there is a hotel being built next door and they are using the block next door as a car park (noisy)
