Amazing friendly staff, great breakfast + cute cat. I liked that it was quiet and away from the party noise and mosque- only a 10 min bike ride from the main strip. Rooms super cute and clean, outdoor shower is great.

Pool was very warm and not refreshing, probably needs a pump as wasn’t that clean either. That’s my only thing that would have loved to cool off. No a big deal though!

The property is amazing! We stayed in the bungalows and absolutely loved it. The bungalows were perfect and had everything you would need. The pool was really nice and clean. The food in the restaurant was good and they even gave us breakfast for free even though we did not have it included in our booking. However, the best part of our stay was the staff. They were super friendly and always in a good mood. We booked a tour via the hotel to a strawberry farm and two waterfalls. The couple who runs the tours is extremely nice and welcoming. They showed us the whole island and gave us tips for our next stops in Indonesia. We totally loved our stay and would come back anytime!

Wi-Fi is not fast

We would definitely recommend this hotel! We ended up staying at Lavella for 9 nights, instead of only 3! It is such a nice, quiet and calm hotel with a huge pool and sunbeds that were free everyday. The view from the balcony was incredible and the rooms were beautiful and clean. It was nice to have a scooter for the very dark road to the hotel at night, but we also walked sometimes which was fine. Good location in the center of Kuta. Very helpful and kind staff.

I liked the pool and the big windows in the property

our toilet flooded the bathroom when we where out and couldn’t be fixed at night - the property is also slightly out of the way if you don’t have a scooter

The bathroom and the room smelled funny, like really strong cleaning solution but not in a good way. Some ants crawling on the floor.

place was amazing, nice and luxurious. comms woth Regend before and during were great, super helpful guy and gave you prices to expect for things.

WiFi. 2 separate ones, our room one didn’t work, then 3 days later when it did it was less then 1.5 mb which was not worth it. oh and the girlfriend has said they never cleaned under the bed…to be honest it was gross, slid my board bag under then pulled it out and had bunch of creepy crawlers on it

Location was close to center, scooter rental available in the property, helpful and friendly stuff (thanks Regend for making our stay so pleasant)

The showerhead was spraying all over the bathroom and flooding it a little. Also the drying spot for the towels was out of wooden and seemed a little moldy.
