For the price of the house it was not that nice. We didn’t have a remote to work the movie screen. I reached out and was told they would bring me one and they never did. Check in process was not easy. We never got directions or a code for the gate. Every time we would go back to the property we had to get buzzed in by security because the bar code they eventually sent never worked. Would not recommend and would not stay at this property again

If we could have went somewhere else we would have.
Floors were disgusting. Found pills laying around that were not ours. Safety issue with small children. Trouble getting in gate almost everytime. Listed a hot tub but then was told it was a spill over spa and wouldn't get hot. 2 men showed up 2 days before our check out day and entered the door. Said they were there to clean. Local property manager and owner will not return calls or messages.

The layout of the house and location of the house is great. Close to all theme parks and close to the neighborhood water park was great. The pictures did not accurately reflect the condition of the furniture

The photos for this listing are outdated. The couch has cracks and is old and weathered. The pool area had two bread chicken still left in the area. None of the accent led lights worked in rooms or by living room tv. The house is built where you hear everything and noise travels and not well insulated. There are no fans in bedrooms and AC is not that effective. Can’t turn below 72. If coming here with family be prepared for noise traveling and waking up kids. The house is spacious and has a lot of room. The resorts pool, lazy river and slides are the best. We paid for heating of pool which worked way to well and barely were able to swimming pool. Called property manager several times to come fix. They did but takes 24 hrs to cool down or heat up. Not worth it when it makes the pool 102 degrees or hotter. Unbearable to swim in and could only use pool half the time we were there. Something is wrong there even though manager told us to push up and down on arrows it did not respond or work.

My family of 16 stayed here for 5 nights and for the most part the home fit all of our needs. There were a few pieces of furniture that had more wear and tear in person than what shown on the listing pictures and the dishwasher stopped working on day 4 but this didn't alter our overall experience. The property managers communicated in a timely manner and were available when needed. Overall, this is a really good place for large families. It is centrally located to all of the main attractions. I would stay again in the future

Beautiful home, as advertised. 2 maintenance issues. Ice machine not working on Saturday arrival, got fixed on Tuesday. One sink clogged, never fixed. Host did get back to me, but not very quickly. They have to understand we are anxious, we have 7 days there
Check in at gate was a disaster, waited over 20 minutes, cars cutting in line. Could handle that better. Everyone loved the water park. 18% was a little high added to a can pop😉. 3 of the nights was loud music, noise until around 3 in morning from two different homes. Seems like a party area. Not sure if We would stay again, no negatives about the home, beautiful and clean

This place is great for large families. We all had privacy within our bedrooms but plenty of space to come together. The location can't be beat. Close to everything but other than to get food we hardly left. The community amenities were a big hit. We'll definately be back.

House was AMAZING! If you have lots of people looking for lots of fun this is your place. Pool, hot tub, community pool, splash pad and lazy river. To top off the evening a movie in the theater. Bring your food no need to leave, enjoy yourselves.

Mop was filthy and had been used through the house, leaving the smell of mildew and mold in every area. The smell was overpowering during the entire stay and strongest in the closet where the mop is stored. Dishwasher is broken.

The property we stayed at was exceptional. Well equipped kitchen, bathrooms were very well maintained, bedrooms were excellent, plenty of linens. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Everyone enjoyed our short stay, but plan to return at a later date for a longer visit.

We had a very good experience at this VRBO. Bruno was very responsive. The VRBO had everything we needed and more ! Overall it was clean and very comfortable. We had 15 people with us and everyone enjoyed it !

The home was in a great location. It accommodated all our of family. The clubhouse was especially fun for everyone. The owner is very kind and responsive. One caveat, the home needs a proper deep clean. The grout, tiles, and caulking in the bathtubs/bathrooms are filthy.

The home was perfect for our family vacation! 8 adults, 8 children, and plenty of space for all. We stayed during A HURRICANE, obviously not planned, but everything turned out fine. The resort facilities were great… pools, bars/food, a slide and a cute lazy river. We had a really nice time spending the day there, wonderful included amenity. The host was very prompt in response. The house was overall clean, some wear and tear to be expected when you have constant groups coming in and out of the home. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, the theater was a cute way to entertain the kids for a little movie night, and there was plenty of space for the kids to enjoy themselves, as well as the adults! I would surely recommend this home again. Wonderful family memories!

We had a great time here, place was exactly as described and also house is in a great location. The one and only issue we constantly had is getting in and out of the gate to the property. Obviously this is of no fault to the owner but it made it inconvenient for us bc everytime we left the house to get bk in to the property was a mission bc the QR code for the gate didn’t read properly. This is an issue for everyone in that area bc you would see a line of people having trouble getting in. Besides that house was amazing and very spacious

I had 26 family members in this house . Everyone was comfortable . No one was on top of each other. I do recommend putting locks on the outside of the bathroom door. So family members is not walking in on each other . The kitchen , living room and dining area was enough room for eating . We cook breakfast and dinner every day.The house supplies in the kitchen was good even though we bought our own after reading past reviews. I will recommend bringing your own wash clothes and towels. Overall the house was great. Everyone enjoyed themselves.The neighborhood resorted was very nice . If you are going to Disney or Disney Springs the house is only 7miles away .The house can use some updating on the bed covers and mattresses but it was clean and comfortable. Overall I will stay here again.

The house was nice but poorly cleaned. The pool was slightly cloudy when we arrived and completely unswimable by our second day. One of the kids bedrooms had blood on the sheets. One of the bedrooms on the first floor had no doorknob on the inside so we constantly got locked in the room. On the day we arrived there was a blackout that lasted about 8 hours. When I came back on the air on the first floor never came back on and the refrigerator took 2 days to get cold and the freezer never got cold enough to freeze anything. On top of all that when I discussed this with the owner he never responded.

Great for a family vacation
Overall, this was a great property to stay at. The only disappointment was that the theater room did not work well and was very confusing the use, but definitely not a deal breaker since we were not there to watch movies. Pool was great to have for the kids and the whole family felt safe and comfortable here. Great memories!

Great place, but could use some updates
Great location, very spacious, and on-site management was very responsive to our needs. Could use some minor updates to keep up with property use. Freezer gasket broken, handles on doors were all wobbly and sometimes came off, bedframe in 1st floor room had broken slats that needed fixing on first day, drain clogged in upstairs bathroom, poor water pressure in upstairs shower, broken chairs in movie room. Not things that would turn us away but things that would make our experience that much better. We truly enjoyed our time there and would go back again. Pool was very convenient and perfectly sized.

Clean and everything was up and running with no issues. We brought our own pots and pans to make sure we had enough because we had such a large group. Everyone had fun and enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Place
I found the house to be a nice place to hang out with my family for a week. Lots of bedrooms and space to either be with each other or get some quiet time. Nice pool area.
It's a vacation rental and it is as I expected it to be. For information purposes of future renters....
The movie room TV is a challenge to figure out, even with the short instructions. We picked up some batteries and had my 15yr old son and my 25yr old nephew figure it out.
The gate to get in the property was a bit touchy with the QR code that we needed to scan to have it open. It worked, just took a couple "swipes".
There are three different types of coffee pots...how handy is that?!
Bedding seemed reasonable, towels provided seemed reasonable...we always bring one of our own towels per person anyway, so having the extra towels was nice.
The "hot tub" is not hot. It's more of a jacuzzi tub kind of thing with no real heat to it, but we were in FL and it was about 97 degrees and humid, so I wasn't to concerned with not being able to sit in hot water.
There is a propane grill with a tank of propane attached to it. we used it twice and did not need to fill the tank...thank you to whoever filled it last. :-)
I had read comments about things, such as the dishes being not that great, the pool table is older and maybe not the best quality on that or other things in the house, but I feel it's a vacation rental and most of the time renters do not treat rental property the best, so I can see why the items in the house may not be the best quality...that does not bother me. I have many people with us and I feel more comfortable with items that are not expensive in the house.
Some minor things...we could have used another cutting board, there is only one small one. However, if it really bothered me, I would have picked one up at the store.
Eventually the house will need some little maintenance things, but I figure that is done once or twice a year...locks/doors do not close or lock quite right, a thorough cleaning for baseboards for some minor dust, handle on the laundry room door was not attached..it was missing the set screw, little things like that.
Bruno seems nice when we did chat/message back and forth on some questions...thanks Bruno for the times I did bug you with questions. :-)
Anyway, I liked the house and I was happy with the time there.

Great Experience
Our group of 15 (6 adults, 9 kids ages 8-15) had a great time at this house! House was very clean and spacious. Plenty of bedrooms so each set of parents and group of kids got the space they need and wanted. Property Managers were very informative and helpful with every question I had. House was ready a few hours early which was great. Only (minor) issues I would mention is there aren't quite enough towels in the house. They only give you like 2 towels per bathroom and that's just not enough. Additionally, they could use some more pool towels. We asked if there were some in the house and were told yes, but luckily we all brought extras because otherwise there just wouldn't have been enough for all of us. Also, the QR code to enter the gates never worked for any of us, so we had to call the security office every time and sometimes it would take 5-10 minutes to get in the gate. But otherwise everything was great! Community pool was fun, lots of stores and shops nearby, would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing family vacation. There was more than enough space and Bruno was super responsive to our needs. The water park is in walking distance which is great since parking can be an issue. We'd definitely come back !

Siblings trip
We had 15 adults 50+ on a winter getaway. Unfortunately it was quite cold in Florida this week, so something to be aware of is the pool heat (which we had) does not keep up with heating the pool below 50F. We were only able to use the pool for 3 of the 7 days we were there. Also, when the weather did start to warm up, the pool heater did not come back on because of a clogged filter, and though we called the management company, they did not get someone out there to look at it until late in the day and that contributed to not being able to use the pool on the last day of our trip. Also, be aware that although the listing says "free BBQ" you do have to buy the gas, which was not stated in the listing. Overall, the house was nice. Though it is only 4 years old, it is showing some wear which should be addressed. The patio furniture needs replacing. There are no cushions on the table chairs anymore and the wicker is peeling off. The cushions are very worn on the couch and at least one of the pool lounges was broken due to sun rot. Inside the house, the beds were mostly very comfortable, except for the twin beds, which were not comfortable for adults, but are probably fine for kids. The kitchen was pretty well equipped with more items you need for cooking. The pots and pans are pretty worn out with the non stick surface peeling off on most of them. There were no dish towels or dish rags and only one potholder. I bought some dish towels and rags and left them (you are welcome). The movie room was great and got a lot of use once we figured out how to run it. A manual would be nice to explain this as well as a manual for how to run the tv's which were super frustrating and that little touch could save alot of frustration. The washer and dryer worked great. So, other than some wear and tear which should be addressed by the owner, we did enjoy the house and it worked well for a large group as everyone had their own space. The location was a short walk away from the clubhouse which was convenient. There are nearby stores to pick up anything you might need. The house has about 6 or 7 pool towels, but if you need more than that you should bring some with you. We had one vehicle which drove down, so we were able to bring alot of supplies with us, but if you are flying in, you will need to buy things like dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, soap, spices etc, as there are only minimal supplies provided.

I thought the property was very good, excellent conditions, my family and I really enjoyed an excellent vacation, I would certainly go back to rent that house again, all very well, 10 stars, I give it 10 stars, excellent.

The rental was everything we expected except the WiFi didn’t work the entire stay so the kids couldn’t complete their homework. We enjoyed the pool area and the view of the pond.
