This house was clean and very spacious, felt at home right away. What I was most impressed with was the amount of amenities the home had! Little hotel soaps, shampoo conditioner etc. Kitchen was fully stocked and even had items like baggies, foil and coffee filters. Games for the family and kiddos.
If you are traveling with an Infant, this property DOES have TWO pack n plays and a few high chair type items. When I looked at the listing it didn’t mention either of those item, and I messaged the host and they said the house didn’t have them, so we packed ours from home. Maybe the property rental company can update the listing to include them.

Wonderful home, very well, organized, very clean, and everything you could possibly want in the way of supplies was in the home already. Everyone loved the hot tub. There were plenty of towels for the home as well as the beach plus there were even raincoats in the garage, we love the way everything was labeled in the kitchen so you didn’t have to wonder where things were. This was a really great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

We brought 5 German exchange students to visit the beach. They had an amazing time and this was the perfect house to fit us all. We all enjoyed being close to the beach and not too far from town. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked.

Highly recommend this home. It's cleanliness, well equipped kitchen, well laid out sleeping arrangements and spaciousness were top notch. It has great proximity to both the ocean and river, as well as a flat 15 to 20 minute walk to downtown Seaside that was very pleasant. This home worked well for our 3 generation family weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

Although the beach was farther away than I thought (but just 2 blocks), the house was wonderful. The extras that the property owners have built into the house, baking ingredients, first aid supplies, paper plates, beach toys just made the home feel welcoming. Also loved the insight into good restaurants and places to visit. Overall we all enjoyed it very much!! Thank you!!

Overall good stay. Close to beach in quiet area of town. Fully stocked and organized kitchen. Was aware from previous reviews of water treatment plant nearby but did not notice any smells. House cleaners could have been better. The washer, dryer, dishwasher were all full when we arrived. Kids liked the hot tub. I would recommend for a low key family rental with kids. The semi finished garage was also great for playing in.

The only hitch was we ran out of propane for the BBQ while cooking the second meal. It would be nice to have a back up propane tank.

Will stay again! Rental was great and amenities but previous guests didn’t clean up after dog/dogs. Us bringing dogs poses issues I was navigating land minds in back yard when picking up after our dogs. Love finding pet friendly places, others just need to feel the same and show it by picking up after their pets! Thank you for the great stay!

Let me just tell you this house is not a disappointment it was everything we expected and more. Everything was labeled and in a convenient spot in the house it was so much fun to whoop both my boys' butts on the basketball game in the garage plus we had fun in the hot tub and at the beach there's so much stuff to do in Seaside and being so close to everything was simply amazing. What a beautiful home. Thank you for letting us enjoy it.

House was very clean and comfy! A lot of amenities for the whole family to enjoy. Offering baby gear, sand toy's, pet needs and fun! The sand is only a block away, however the actual ocean was a bit of a hike, which we weren't expecting, especially with little ones. Hot tub was clean and worked great! Our only complaints were the master mattress needs replaced due to big dents. And, the sewage plant being next door was an issue when the wind blew just right.

We had a small issue with the oven, and the repair man came very quickly and carefully resolved the issue! Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Cleaners were not done upon arrival at 4pm
Cleaners didn’t vacuum thoroughly
Bathtub in bathroom off 2nd floor hallway was slow to drain
Dog excrement was found outside in the backyard and around perimeter of house

We had 4 little kids (age 4 and under)on this trip and everything in this home was so perfect. Extra pack n plays, high chair, toys, games, beach toys, umbrellas. The cupboards were well stocked with every cooking item you could need, spices, cupboard staples like sugar and flour. The home was so clean and had literally everything we could think of and more. All three of our families were so impressed with this home and would definitely stay here again!

Our recent trip to Seaside would not have been as great if we stayed anywhere else. The Slack Tide house was the perfect space for 2 families with 8 kids all together! There was sand toys, games/game room, beach equipment, clam/crab hunting accessories, outdoor shower with tempature control, baby items, and plenty of extras like laundry soap, dish soap, spices, and everything you need in a kitchen! Very impressed with this house! The walk to the beach were close enough for little kids and downtown was short 1-2 minute drive away. For first timers to the Oregon Coast, this was a great central location.

Very exciting house
This house was perfect for having a large family there and there was so much to do in the house the kids and adults loved it. When we got there though there was lots of sand in the hot tub and we did our best to clean everything out before using it and the screen door from the living room to the backyard seemed to be off the tracks. Other than that the house was perfect. Thank you.

We had a family gathering and this house was perfect! From the checkin process to our full stay! A wonderful place to be with kids of all ages! We played games, waked to the beach and enjoyed home cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen! Sea Side is so fun and Canon Beach is a short drive away!

We were so happy with our stay at Slack Tide! The house was very well stocked, perfectly clean, and in a great location. We had a hiccup when our key code didn't unlock the door, but my call was answered promptly and the problem was solved immediately. The house had beach chairs, games, spices and oils, kitchen utensils, griddles, waffle makers, literally anything we needed! Couldn't be happier with our stay!
