The environment is amazing. The view on the lake is marvellous.

Not that we didn’t like it. Some little things could be better: we missed a few things in the kitchen, table was a bit unstable, one night neighbour was having a very loud phone call at 2:30 am, but no things we would not come back for.

The property was very near the waterfront. There is a nice cafe nearby. It was in a fairly quiet location. Was easy to get into with the lockbox on the door.

There was only one real bed. The 2nd bedroom had a foldable cot which wasn't even a flat bed. The 3rd bed is a very uncomfortable sofa bed. The apartment description says it has air conditioning but it does NOT. There were no blankets for the beds, just a simple sheet. There was nothing in the kitchen, no coffee and not a decent coffee maker. The location is pretty near the water but it is a difficult walk along a busy road to get to it from Menaggio. No restaurants nearby.

Spacious apartment with two bedrooms and one big leaving space. There is a kitchen with all the equipments. There is also a washing machine.

No soap and shampoo are provided. The bathroom is a bit small, compared to other rooms. The holder for the tissue paper in the bathroom is broken. And there is a construction work right next to the property so it is pretty noisy during the day. However, you don't spend your day inside anyhow.

Our appartment was very dark with not really nice bathroom. Main sleeping room was nice but we were 4 friends and folding iron bed in seccond room was really unconfortable. There was not prepared 4. bed. I found some sheet to cover which was dirthy.

beds terrible and need be replaced. parking was scarce and we were getting letters on car informing us to park elsewhere. floors terribly dirty. bathroom needs updating (toilet paper roll holder broken and shower would NOT drain, fridge froze all of our food). hydro went out and tripped breaker for apartment and took some time to get response to figure out how to reset it ourselves - blew up our kettle which we left behind.

The view

Too minimalistic, no shower gel, no shampoo, got washing machine no washing detergent... Heater very high tech, someone adjusted to 30 degrees and it was freezing cold, but owner was good and quick to call plumber to come...gas stove has no ignition, need to use lighter, gunfighter is not provided... Cannot survive without driving.
