very small shower but no worries because…the view!!!!

the room was beautiful with a lake view. the staff were friendly and it was a 5 minute walk from the ferry.

had an average meal. not the level of dining you would expect from Italy. the waiting staff were very accommodating however.

The staff here are very kind and made an extra effort to help me with the parking situation. My room was extremely clean and nicely modernized. The location is convenient to the ferry. Breakfast was pleasant.

Difficult to find due to some discrepancies in signage/name of hotel in GPS (which I recognize is not the fault of the hotel itself). Would have liked a hair conditioner in addition to the shampoo/body wash that was offered.

We had a lovely view from our room and the hotel is conveniently located close to the ferry and central piaza.

We ate at the restaurant one night and we would not recommend.

The hotel was quite close to the ferry and bus station, and it had a pool with a lake view too. Good value for money.

The room was a bit small, and thrash bin was also not present in the room. Breakfast could have been better.

Location was wonderful but heavy rain in our two day stay didn't allow us to take full advantage of it.

Quite a bit of road noise in our rear room of the building. Rather irritated also by the lack of any evening meal being available without any advance notice from the hotel forcing us out in heavy rain to the few restaurants available.

The staff very friendly. The location easy te access and close to the ferry station. And the views from the room were amazing. The room was big and clean.

Room tiny, small bed, windows overlooking on the main busy street. Hotel very outdated. Clean, but would need some renovation. Breakfast very basic. 18CHF for parking and we could not even use it for 24h

The location was perfect, very close to the town and the view was breathtaking. We had a balcony which we werent expecting which was lovely. The pool was fabulous and used every day by us.

The staff were either uninterested or rude. Rarely received a good morning from the reception staff or at breakfast. Bar staff we uninterested and seemed to choose us as the only people to not get complimentary snacks with a drink. The exception was the man on the door who worked very hard and always greeted us and one lady on reception who checked us out. The hotel was fairly basic and needed a lick of paint/new carpets but the view and location made up for this for us.

Great location in walking distance to city centre and the ferry, amazing view of the lake, very friendly staff. We enjoyed Hotel Bellavista so much that we extended our stay by one night. Can highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is perfectly situated on the lake front near the port making it very accessible and extremely scenic . The pool is fantastic and the rooms are a good size

The Airconditioning seemed to be centrally operated and often the air coming out of the air conditioner was warmer than leaving the door open. The Wi-Fi didn’t work well at all

Reception wasn’t very friendly.

location and view were wonderful and will always recommend the hotel for anyone going to the same area. the check in team were helpful. Dinner at the hotel terrace was great. 10% on your total bill will be applied as you are the hotel guest.

Breakfast was repetitive and did not change for 4 days.

The view from the room and the food at the restaurant was excellent!
