The villa is very nice, but poor maintained. Coffee maker was broken, washing machine was broken, there was a loose tile in the middle of the living room which is dangerous when you have kids, toilet holder was loose, they have 4 bathrooms and only 2 had bath mats, there were some stains in the carpet before we came in, Which wouldn't have bothered us at all if they would not charge us for some of those stuff. Location is very nice, close to Disney, a bit far from Universal. Amenities really great such as the Club House

Property management company, has a very poor customer service. Being in the hospitality industry myself and having 3 condos of my own that I rent, I would recommend a change in service. They were very quickly in charging us for some damages, and when I questioned, the person in charge was not available, and has no land line, and only reply customers by email. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, ALL managers that could assist me were conveniently in a meeting. Funny they were very quick in charging us for damages, when they gave us a house to stay full of damages.... would I be refunded for those?

The location to Disney was great. The pool area was exceptional fun activities for both adult and child could not get my grand daughter out of the water park!

I do not recommend booking with this management company. This is for several reasons: 1. Whilst I was on the flight to the USA they sent a message asking for damage deposit within the hour or the booking would be cancelled (I hadn'tbeen asked to do this previouslyand they had my credit card details already). Then they said it was cancelled. Then when I landed and begged to be sent a link to do this, it didn't work and again they threatened cancellation. This was very stressful and cost me £120 in roaming charges on arrival to sort out. 2. The WiFi then didn't work when we finally got in. Initially they seemed to not believe me. They eventually replaced the WiFi box but not until day 6 of our stay. My request for compensation for no WiFi was ignored. 3. The cheapest appliances have been purchased for the kitchen (e.g a 1 slice toaster) and there were 2 kettles but neither worked. 4. Multiple additional costs not made clear until after booked (eg $40 a day to heat the pool), lots of other threats of costs (e.g. $80 if you leave any rubbish/belongings behind) 5. They ask you to send images of your credit card on their own system, which I was not comfortable with. 6. Damage deposit only refunded after 11 days of leaving, and after chasing it.

Instead of traditional comforters on the beds, there could have been duvets on each bed with an obvious cover that is cleaned/changed between each stay.

The splash park was really nice.

The management was horrible. Customer Service was terrible and reservations team was a nightmare.
