The photos are spot on accurate. We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was very private and felt like an oasis, even though all the action on Duval St is just a block away. The pool was a nice place to relax after exploring all day before going out to dinner. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Key West.

I booked this cottage largely based on the positive reviews here, and I agree with all of them.
I'll start by echoing a theme in the reviews here: I would say the best feature of this cottage is that it is extremely close to the action on Duvall Street and surrounding area, yet it's also very private and quiet. It's almost disorienting to go from the craziness of Duvall Street to this oasis of calm in just a block or two! Admittedly, I believe there is a restaurant nearby and if you have the windows open you can hear a bit of background noise from there. But, it's not bad, and I'm pretty sure there is no live music. Overall, the level of privacy and quietness at this cottage is excellent.
If I could describe the reservation and check-in/check-out process in a word, I would say: professional. I didn't have personal interaction with the rental agency, but never needed to. Emails were perfectly sufficient.
The cottage itself is cute, clean, and comfortable. It's nice that there is a code to get into the complex, and another for the front door of the cottage. Overall, we felt very comfortable and safe there.
One little quibble is that there is no dedicated parking. There are a few spaces on Ann Street, but they are very hard to get. We parked in the large lot one block over the whole time we were there. The rate was $30-40 per day, which we didn't think was terrible.
Overall, I would highly recommend this cottage. We had a very positive experience there.

The location is outstanding. We were able to walk to everything we were interested in, no need for a car. The cottage was very pleasant as described. The high ceilings make for an airy and open experience. The kitchen is well appointed for just about any cooking you would need. The second bathroom added convenience. The landscaped property exceeded expectations. It is very handsomely landscaped like a tropical arboretum. Plenty of time was spent near or in the heated pool amongst the beautiful trees and plants, an outdoor relaxing respite from the higher energy of Duval street. We had a delightful stay in Key West and the Anne Street Cottage was an integral part of that.

This is a great location close to the action but still quiet. Property was exactly as described and very clean. We were able to check in early due to our flight schedule. Wi-Fi booster would be helpful as Wi-Fi signal was weak. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was exactly what we needed. Great location - a few blocks away from lots of bars, restaurants, museums, and activities. The air conditioning was fabulous and it had all of the comforts we needed.

An exquisitely charming property in the heart of Key West. Perfect place for a quiet getaway with your spouse. The gardens are beautifully kept, the cottage was clean and bright, the linens were abundant, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful making the location simply perfect. No parking allowed on-site so best to drop off your baggage and find a parking garage (all are pay-per-use and we used the one off Grinnell and left the vehicle there our entire stay). Bring shower soap and shampoo as they are not provided. We will be back!

KW rentals was easy to get in touch with - answered all our questions - let us store our bags at their office after check-out.
Cottage was really clean and ready for us to arrive 2 hours early. Plenty of chairs at shared pool for all, and foliage in yard is beautiful - makes a lovely retreat area that is truly enjoyable.
Only downside is lack of available street parking - rented a golf cart for a day and had to park 0.5 mile away from cottage.

We had a great experience and the property had everything we needed. Having additional amenities like laundry and a half bath made it better. The pool is chilly this time of year so don't plan on using it much if you're heading down in winter. All outdoor spaces are beautiful and location is perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, very clean, loved the pool, quiet, comfortable, well-appointed. Had everything we needed … although I forgot my shampoo, conditioner and bar soap for the shower. Fortunately, CVS is right around the corner. The half bath was also nice. Would definitely stay here again. (Could use some robe hooks and towel racks for the wet pool towels and bathing suits.)

The pool is beautiful and private with a luxurious giant royal palm guarding and providing shade.
We will definitely be back!

Very little to complain about!!
This property was in the perfect location, was the perfect size for two people, and was well maintained. Isabel was wonderful to work with! The only “complaints” we had were that the pool was too shaded and the shower in our cottage had lukewarm water at best, and very little water pressure. Very difficult to feel clean after showering.

Ann Street Cottage is located less than a block from Duval in its own private garden oasis. The cottage was quiet, roomy, and comfortable. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. The shared private pool was a welcome bonus. Duval Street, Mallory Square, the historic marina, restaurants, bars, sites, etc. are all an easy walk away. Unless you're lucky enough to get a free parking spot on Ann St., parking is not cheap at nearby lots but it's not difficult either. We'd recommend ditching the car and navigating Key West on foot or by bike! We were very happy with our stay at Ann St. Cottage and would definitely rent here again.

Wonderful location
Location is key for this property. We stayed here without a vehicle and we’re able to walk to everything we wanted to do including Fort Zachary State Park, the Duval St. nightlife, Mallory Square, the marina, the southernmost point, Truman Annex, etc. The property itself was comfortable but showing its age…cracked floor tiles in the bedroom, patio doors that we were barely able to open and close. The bed was comfy and the kitchen equipped with everything we needed to cook a few small meals. We were also pleased with how quiet it was at night despite its close proximity to the nightlife.

Fall getaway
This property was perfect for a stay on beautiful Key West. The only thing we would ask for is maybe a blanket or two in the property. Otherwise, the location was perfect, the grounds were beautiful, and the cottage was perfect for the two of us. We would definitely stay there again.
