Raul was very nice and informative about the area and the facility. Close to the beach and marina. Not many shops however.

The breakfast was a bit over priced I thought for what they served.

Non mi è piaciuto tanto il letto perchè il materasso essendo grande non era appoggiato su una rete ma sul pavimento su un soppalco e risultava scomodo per alzarsi. Tuttavia il materasso era comodo. Colazione nella media anche se non al top per 8 euro a testa.

The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could definitely be improved just some scrambled egg and better coffee would make it worth the €8. Bathroom was nice but needed some hooks that are not inside the shower otherwise your towels get wet. Would stay again :)

Great location of apart hotel.

Good furnished but there is not enough kitchen accessories: glasses, rubbish bags etc.

Nice large apartment with super good bed.

Bathroom was dirty. Our toaster was broken. We got new one 6 days later. No cleaning, not even towels change.

Clean, fresh, newly renovated historic building in convenient location. Very pleased it had laundry room too. Good size space for longer stay. Really lovely. Recommended.

Some of the tech not easy to figure out - such as the stove top, TV, etc. Could add an iron and board.

I liked the location and the place was very nicely designed and decorated. Bed was comfortable, Studio was very spacious and bright.

For us it was a good location...near the harbor. We were lucky to book a space in their parking garage, other wise it would have been about a 10 min walk.The facilities were very comfortable.

Not for us, but some might find the distance to the upper old section a hike up hill.

The apartment was modern, spacious and clean. The facilities were very good with wifi, tv, aircon and stocked kitchen. The apartments have good security with keycard or code access to each door entrance. The luggage storage was also good with passcode lockers provided. The train station, beach and old town are all within 10mins walk.

The online check-in process and general instructions about security access and facilities could be a little more clear. The area is ok but certainly not one of the better parts of town.

We arrived in the morning. There is a lady in reception. We could leave our baggage to see the neighbourhood.

there is a automatic message which was sent for a late checkout that we need. we were happy to get it. but then we learnt that it was an automatic message and there was no possibility. this made us a little disappointed.

The property was lovely inside, very clean, the rooms are spacious and well equipped for a short stay, also well secured as only people with room keys could access. Great location with being only a couple minutes walk from the beach and the marina with lovely restaurants. The staff were also great and very accommodating.

quality of sleep was very poor. a fire alarm went off at 1:30 AM, and then at 2:30 AM There was no staff to take care of it! all residents were left to fend for themselves. when i mentioned this to the caretaker later, he replied ‘you are complaining as if it was my fault; I was also sleeping at home and took. are of it when I could’ imagine if this was a real fire and not a false alarm
