This property was very nice and clean. We enjoyed ourselves and the amazing views this property has! The owners were nice and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. My only complaint would be that the description of the property leaves out a couple details. We were surprised to find out that it was basically an apartment above the office. Don’t get me wrong, it was nice and the pictures were exactly what the space looks like. But, we did not expect to have others around us. We thought this listing was a cabin by itself. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much and would recommend this place to anyone! I just wanted people to be aware that you do have a private room and space to yourself but there is another suite across the hall and you are right above the office. On a positive note, we never saw anyone! But, we could hear the people staying across the hall because one of our doors (that was locked the entire time) led into their room. Overall, we had a great stay! Just be aware that this is not a private cabin all to yourself.

This was our first time at this property. Would definitely stay here again. Fantastic location. Horseback riding offered to guests. Property also an excellent wedding venue.

Just 2 issues 1 didn’t like the lock system at all. Was locked out after coming home from a dark late night wedding. 2 would have preferred 1 st floor. We brought up smaller bags with several trips and grabbed clothes out of car from suitcases. 2 70yr olds

I love that they have a riding stable on the property! You can visit with the horses and we did a trail ride too! The property’s are beautiful the staff is great

It was great. We never saw anyone, except the person mowing, and she wasn't very friendly. The room itself was great, surroundings were beautiful.

Alittle farther than expected from our excursions but really nice and beautiful place! Comfortable bed! Waking up with coffee on the balcony looking at the amazing sunrise!

This little gem hidden in Towsend TN is a beautiful and Serene getaway. We enjoyed the panoramic view of The Smoky Mountains. The accommodations were awesome and very clean. Enjoyed the farm life feeling, with horses for horse back riding, Rescue horses,Grace the golden retriever, George the kitten and many more. April and Nicole the owner and horse guide and room reservation coordinators, were enjoyable to talk to. Was close to many things, good restaurants, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and of course the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Would love to return.

From arrival to departure my husband and I were very pleased. The property is beautiful. I had a small issue with the lock on the door but the owner was very nice and accessible. We loved staying on the quiet side of the smokies...would stay again.

Our stay away was very restful on beautiful property if you need a place to just get away from it all this beautiful place would be the place would very much look forward to staying again had everything I needed for my stay.

An upstairs cabin-like feel with incredible views, a feeling of getting away from it all, and a responsive host. Everything was well done. The bathroom is huge and the main bedroom is large as well. There is a cute balcony that overlooks the fields and you can see all the way to the mountains! Just so you are aware, the kitchenette is limited and part of the large bathroom (no toaster or hot plate), however, there are plenty of restaurants in the area. Internet and the television are through the satellite dish so can be a bit glitchy at times, but we were able to get a cell signal so it wasn’t an issue for when we needed faster speeds. There can be noise from downstairs or next door as the walls and floor do let through some noisel. We only noticed this a few times (when people were on phones and tended to speak more loudly). This is a beautiful place and we have gone there twice. Stunning!

If you like remote with no neighbors nearby, this is the place for you! We loved the cabin and room and how quiet it was. It was a long drive back into the cabin but once you got there and parked, the view was wonderful! There are horses in stalls that you can feed or schedule a ride and wild turkeys all over the property. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this room to anybody that wants to enjoy the Tennessee countryside. The owner was very nice and made us feel at home. It's location is super close to the main strip in Townsend, the Tuckaleechee Caverns and many good restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our weekend stay here! This little room has a lot to offer and is well stocked for a short stay. Good quality sheets, blankets, and towels. Hot water, unlike some places we’ve stayed where it only gets luke warm for showers and tub baths, so that was a huge plus for me! We had a few minor issues but the owners were very responsive and quick to resolve so 5 stars from us! An even bigger plus was we were able to pet the horses on the grounds and really enjoyed that! We didn’t schedule a horse back riding session, but that is available and nice to know for a return visit. Also, this is very close to Cade’s Cove and we went twice in one day just due to the close proximity. We would definitely stay here again. :)

This was the second time we have stayed on this property. Check in was easy. We stayed in the Morning View Suite. We were extra lucky, we had snow! We were able to sit and enjoy the weather! We had a great time in Cades Cove as well! We are planning our next visit.

We just returned from our first trip to The Smokies and staying at Country Manor was definitely a highlight! Cozy, comfortable, well cared for, gorgeous views, very reasonably priced and the family that owns it is just wonderful!! Highly recommend it!!!!❤️

Woke up to a beautiful view of the Smokies! Horses are beautiful, wishing the ride was longer. Great location, close to everything yet far enough away. Highly recommend!

The location is beautiful. The view outside our balcony was magnificent, except for first thing in the morning when you could almost touch the clouds. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Jeff was easy to get in touch with and came right away when another occupant locked the deadbolt, and locked us out. The location is on the “quiet side of the mountain,” so be prepared for a drive to go to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The only real negative was that the jacuzzi tub was not working at all. Jeff said the part has been on back order for three months. He said they are looking into replacing the tub. I will return once they do!

Beautiful farm right in Townsend. Close Cades Cove and Caverns. Wonderful hosts, fantastic views. We cant wait to return!

We had a good time. Just a couple suggestions 1- there is a hole in coffee pot filter 2- were there pool towels??

This property is beautiful and although it feels remote, it is very close to the main road through Townsend. There are horses to pet and to ride plus we saw chickens, wild turkeys, all kinds of birds and one morning we saw a black bear right under our small deck outside our room. He or she just ambled off into the woods nearby. The view we had was the most beautiful view we’ve ever experienced in the smokies. Everything in the room was very clean and lots of windows made things bright so you never felt confined in your room. There was a whirlpool tub available but the jets didn’t work which was disappointing. I believe they have ordered a new part. The door to our room was very difficult to unlock as well. Seems like it needs to be rehung and rekeyed. The driveway is gravel and could use some repairs in a couple places. The family who owns this property were very attentive when we needed anything. We would stay here again for the piece and quiet and the million dollar view.

Beautiful, secluded, family owned and operated property with easy access to area restaurants and activities. Gorgeous views of surrounding property and mountains. Owners are attentive to any needs.
