The stay was very pleasant. Staff helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the continental breakfast on the day we left it was tasty and very convenient. Both my wife and I were pleased and would recommend to others.

this is the first hotel I have had ever experience that use a key instead of the sliding card to open the door. if I could get refund no way I would stay in this hotel.really bad

the venue in Townsend was great. breakfast was basic but good to have it included.

Townsend is my preferred place to stay when visiting the Smokies. The Highland Manor Inn sits up off the main road through town. It’s quiet, while at the same time within close proximity to places to visit, shop, and eat. The motel is not new, but my room was very clean. I loved that I could park right in front of my room. I even had a nice view through my window.

My only very minor complaint is that I would have liked the ice machine closer to the building, but that was really no big deal.

Quiet, peaceful setting of Townsend. Free wifi and no smoking a plus!

No coffeemaker in room. My friend went through withdrawal. Breakfast was described as a buffet, but was not. Cold cereal and pastries. For the price we paid for the nightly rate, I had expected more since this was included as part of the package.

We chose this area so that we were not in the middle of all of the commercial things that go on in Pigeon Forge. it was beautifully quiet and well-maintained.

We would’ve loved a king bed but that’s our fault for last-minute booking not the property’s.

Breakfast was almost devoid of protein -- only protein available was a second-rate yogurt. The hotel had lovely balconies for many of the rooms, but they needed to have at least one very small table to go with the two c chairs -- at least tp have something to put your drinks on.
