Excellent service, accommodation, great location

Top quality stay, well equipped and comfortable. The location cannot be beaten, shops and restaurants on hand and a short metro hop to the busy centre. Nice small balcony to sit and enjoy a coffee watching the good folk of Athens going about their business. A leisurely stroll down Panormou street itself takes you to Psarochori, a superb fish restaurant which we highly reccomend.

The building and apartment were very clean and well taken care of. The building has an elevator and the apartment had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. There is a small but nice balcony facing the street so you can sit and have a drink, a nice big and well equipped kitchen, nice size living room, dining room and bedroom. The bathroom is new and has a clothes washer if you need to wash clothes. There were sweet extras left for us such as an array of mini toiletries, mints and hand wipes. The internet worked well and there was air conditioning too. The neighborhood has everything you need just steps away and there is a metro station across the road. Our host Richard promptly and kindly answered any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

The apartment is renovated to the highest standard, equipped with all the amenities a traveller could need. The location is great, just one minute walk from Panormou station which is only 4 stations from the centre. I have to say, I was impressed by the attention to detail from the owner and manager of the apartment .There are written well-detailed guidelines with pictures, to make life easier for the tenants. Also, everything you need from personal hygiene materials, to movement-sensitive discreet lights for those late night endeavours to the bathroom and the kitchen. To top all that, the owner and manager was easily reachable and always willing to help with anything I needed. In conclusion, I couldn't be more happy with my stay in this apartment and I would recommend it wholeheartedly!

it had absolutely everything you could want or need on holiday or a business trip, right down to an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and washing machine

Group of 4 people (2 couples) The apartment fulfilled our needs 110%. 1 minute away from the Panormou metro station if you like to explore Athens. So well equipped (haven’t seen that detail in other apartments). The owner was very helpful and gave as detailed info on how to access and operate the apartment. The place to choose if you visit Athens

Beautiful and clean place, great location. I can only recommend. With the owner is nice and easy communication, and it was possible to agree on a slightly earlier arrival and slightly later departure, which we appreciated a lot!! Place is really nice and clean, everything necessary in the kitchen and bathroom is available. Thank you very very much!
