Entdecken Sie den neuen Waterfront Park / Waterfront hinter dem Komplex. Machen Sie einen Spaziergang den Waterfront Pier hinunter, beobachten Sie Sonnenuntergänge und Segelboote. Machen Sie einen 10-minütigen Spaziergang zum Fort Zachary Park und Strand. Nur 2 Blocks zur Duval Street mit Restaurants, Unterhaltungsangeboten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Museen sowie nur wenige Schritte zum Truman Annex-Pool. Der Wohnbereich von Sea Breeze bietet Platz für bis zu 2 große tropische Privatdecks. Toll zum Entspannen und Essen. We truly enjoyed our stay! We got delayed by a day due to a tropical storm. Jean reached out to make sure we made it okay and that all was well. The accommodations were more spacious than we expected from the pictures, and our family of 5 had more than enough room. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a great time at the Seabreeze Cottage. It was equipped with everything we needed and was located in a beautiful and historic setting. Close to everything - the beach, shops and restaurants. We had an amazing time!

Key West is built for small (4-6) family vacations. This property is well-suited to support that. Close to the action means lots of “walkability”. Well appointed with all the needed features. Easy check in, check out. Affordable.

Enjoyed our stay. Wish we could stay longer. Loved the porch. Beds mostly comfortable. Bed in downstairs room was a bit lumpy on one side. Pool nice and needed. June is pretty humid and hot. Rules at pool were too restrictive but we enjoyed cooling off. I.e. no music. Overall a Lovely place. Lizards were entertaining!!

This was our 4th trip to Key West and our 2nd stay at this property. We had 6 adults (age 59 - 89) both times and it really did fit our needs. Great location for everything (bars, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping) we like to do and go as we don't spend a lot of time staying at the property except to take a break and rest. This property is relaxing and quite and love sitting on the decks in the morning having coffee, reading and listening to the roosters.

Perfect location, super clean, plenty of towels, etc. can’t wait to come back! Two very minor changes I would suggest would be adding softer pillows to swap out with the super firm ones & upgrade the coffee pot to a Keurig…I very much recommend this beautiful cottage!

One complaint was it appeared the floors were not washed before we got there, after showers our feet were black. Not owners fault but may want to discuss with cleaning crew. One suggestion would be some kind of accordion door or curtain in loft for privacy and maybe a mirror on the wall so you can get ready in the loft and clear the bathroom. Beautiful location and I would go back.

Property was great, location was perfect. Jean was great at communicating. I wish they weren’t doing work on fences at 7:30 am. Pool was crowded, get there early. We had a great time! Would definitely stay there again!

Our holiday stay at this private cottage... was perfection! The 3 bedrooms gave everyone in our party their own space and the outdoor (upper and lower) decks were exactly what we needed to wind down after a day full of Key West activities. Amenities were great, accessing the property & parking was simple, and communication with Jean was so easy before & during our trip. We come into town usually for a week in December each year for work, and this is the second time we've stayed at a Truman Annex home. Of the two we've stayed in, this was definitely the nicest. The house is very well maintained and spotless. The back porch and the balcony deck are great for relaxing after a long day. Very close access to the community pool, and all the fun stuff (especially the Green Parrot) is just a short walk down the street. I contacted the owner during our stay once and she answered immediately and helped us out. All in all, you can't beat this place for your next trip to Key West. Hopefully we'll be back next year!

The cottage was adorable, clean and the location was perfect. We only used bikes and were close to everything. Fort Zachary is right behind the complex and Duval 2 blocks up. We walked to Blue Heaven for breakfast. Owners are great.

The house was beautiful and central to everywhere we wanted to go. Any questions that came up, Jean answered us pretty quickly. Our stay was wonderful, the house and accommodations made it feel like our home away from home during our stay. When we come back to Key West we will definitely be looking to book with them again!

The property was exactly as advertised and I would highly recommend this listing to anyone. We were just a couple of blocks away from Duval and were able to walk just about anywhere we wanted. Fantastic place to stay! Very short walking distance to everything . House was very clean and well maintained. Better than pictured. Jean was very responsive to any questions I may have had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and hope to be back soon.

This 3 bedroom cottage in Truman Annex is the best location for walking/biking access to all our favorite activities in Key West. Ft Zachary Taylor beach, downtown and a great kids park. Fury snorkeling and jet ski rental departure point was a 10 minute walk away. I recommend both! The cottage was spacious and beds were comfortable - perfect for our family get together. Owner was very quick to respond to my questions! Thanks!

The whole Truman area was beautiful and the house was very nice! We loved the outside sitting area and spent a lot of time there. We enjoyed being within walking distance of many of the places that we wanted to go. We also appreciated being able to have a parking spot for the golf cart that we rented. The pool was our only disappointment due to its small size and the atmosphere. There were never any chairs available and many of the people in the pool were not very welcoming or friendly. There were also a lot of pool rules to follow!

The property was very clean. The location was amazing. Mallory square is about a 15 minute walk. Fort Zachary Taylor beach and state park where about a 10 minute walk. Duval street is only about two blocks away. The pool and the grounds where beautiful. I think my favorite thing was sitting on the lower and upper decks in the mornings drinking my tea. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here when I come back to visit key west.

My family and I travel a lot. Our experiences with different lodging has been extensive. The Sea Breeze Cottage is lovely! The location is perfect. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but also just a very short walk away from all the activity of Duvall ! The property , itself, is very comfortable and convenient. Owner was very responsive to my questions, never making me feel like they were silly questions/concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place and location as advertised. It met all our expectations for a great time in Key West, FL. Two of the three bedrooms could have used a little more room for luggage and head room (in the loft bedroom) but we made due with no complaints. Communication with the property owners was very good. The property's condition and location to everything was excellent.

This is a cute, detached house in a great location. It was well equipped and had some basic spices, coffee, and oil in the pantry which we appreciated. The only downside of the house is that the 2nd bedroom upstairs doesn't have a door and if someone is watching tv you will hear it in that room. There is a neighbor who came by 4 different times to bother us about an outside ceiling fan that was on (the switch was broken and was getting fixed for a few days) but you can't control neighbors. Everything else about the neighborhood is good and everyone else was respectful of each other. Tip: make sure you look at the complex map at the front gate to find the unit since it's in the back and not visible from the parking.

Great location! This little cottage is tucked into the Shipyard, and walking home through the lovely garden paths was so enjoyable every day. The cottage is beautifully decorated and outfitted with every amenity you could need. The pool in the complex was very clean and had plenty of chaises offering shade as well as sunny areas. Jean (the cottage owner) was lovely to deal with, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.
