Love the location. Love the inside of the condo very clean. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was. There was construction in the parking area. We couldn't hear it inside the condo, but we could hear it constantly sitting on the balcony. The agency Did contact us prior to our dates and ask if we wanted to change locations. All in all very nice and worth the cost

My wife and I have vacationed in MB for over 40 years. We have stayed at Carolina Dunes the past several because we prefer it being a smaller complex - easy access to parking, elevators. The location is convenient to nice restaurants, walking as well as shopping for any daily needs. Condo 504 is our favorite. The unit is nicely maintained and furnished. We particularly enjoy the balcony. It is comfortable and allows us to relax as well as enjoy the view in all types of weather. The rental staff always does an excellent job in preparing the unit before arrival. It is a pleasure to stay here. Just as described!

We had a very enjoyable stay in this unit. Unit was nicely decorated, but like all Condos near the end of the busy season it could use a little touch up on the paint. The kitchen was wonderful, we didn’t use it much, but my wife loved everything about it. We will be back for our next visit to Myrtle Beach .

We are two couples who loved their updated rental with large rooms, a wonderful view, personal touches like games and puzzles for rainy days. The beds were comfy, the water was hot, we didn't have an issues with the appliances. We were very sad to leave. Plenty of room for group activities and alone time. This unit was very nice and up to date. The furniture and beds were all comfortable.A few items that need to be addressed:1. the toilet in the master bath is having issues flushing and the plunger in the back gets stuck thus not filling the tank up with water for the next flush.2. some kind of Wi-Fi needs to be provided. To use the open network that Carolina Dunes offers is completely unsafe, and it may have caused an intrusion on one of my family members phones already.

Carolina Dunes is an older building, and we were a little concerned when we got on the very shabby elevators to go up to our 5th floor unit. The foyer was very clean, but the luggage carts, while appreciated, were rickety, old and dirty. First impressions count. The grounds, parking lot and pool areas were all clean and nicely done.
We were very pleased with the condo. It was spotlessly clean, cool, spacious and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed and there was a game closet with games, books and puzzles. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of extra linens and towels. The laundry closet was a small stackable unit and the dryer was tiny and kind of useless. Even after emptying the lint screen after each use, it didn't really get things dry. So if you pack lightly thinking you're going to do laundry - don't. We would have reported this - but who wants maintenance in their unit while on vacation? There was another closet packed full of beach supplies - chairs, buckets, toys, boogie boards. Much appreciated. One of the chairs was rusted shut, so when I texted the manager to let them know, they brought us a new chair within 30 minutes.
The location is perfect... the nicest part of Myrtle Beach in my opinion. Close to the nicer restaurants (such as Ruth's Cris) and higher end golf clubs (Grand Dunes), and it's just a few miles to the other touristy attractions. The ocean front balcony is spacious and has nice furniture. Would stay there again!

Needs a few improvements
We reserved this unit for over a week and there was only a partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (no extra rolls provided), no spare garbage can liners and no extra paper towels. The carpet etc. is older and needs a little upgrading. There were a few minor mechanical issues (toilet seat loose and door knobs that wouldn’t lock/close). The view from the patio is awesome and the walk to the beach is one minute away, which was great. Not sure if it’s because of COVID, but this unit didn’t have any items of convenience (I.e) salt and pepper, cooking spices, etc., we had to buy all of those supplies.
OverallI we would consider renting this unit for another trip to Myrtle Beach with just a few minor improvements as mentioned above.

The property was exactly as described. Excellent location; clean, lovely condo; and very clear, easy instructions for access. We would definitely stay here again. There is a great Mexican restaurant just a couple of blocks away. Watching the sunrise from our balcony was the cherry on top!

We had the perfect stay. Location is great. Property is exactly as described. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed.
Balcony furniture is nice and comfortable.
The iron in the unit does need replaced as it is scorched very badly and will leave marks on your clothes. That is our only very minor complaint.

5 Star indeed... beautiful comfortable decor...We ladies all agreed the condo was more lovely in person, than online pics... 5 Girlfriend reunion with the perfect space indoors, poolside and beachside...Just wonderful...
Our only critiques were very minor.. The Luxury Rental staff was less than personable or welcoming with any phone calls to the number. You could not feel that guest relations hospitality smile or lilt in their voices.
The other minor critique is bedding. Additional blankets for each of the beds would have been welcomed. With sun drenched bodies, hot outdoor temps, the combo of cool AC and cozy blanket adds to ideal sleeping environment.
We hope to make this an annual destination of laughter and lovely relaxing beach vibes to #504.

Condo was as nice as advertised, construction noise was a problem though
The condo was very nice, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen.
Unfortunately, they were replacing the sliding glass doors to the balconies in all the units around us. There was all day construction noise our entire stay. The weather was not nice, cold and rainy, so we stayed in more than we would have normally. The constant noise made it hard to enjoy the condo and the oceanfront balcony. It is obvious that the hoa (president of the hoa also owned the unit we were in) and management knew that these updates were going to be done during our stay and should have made us aware of that before our stay. For that reason I would be hesitant to rent from them again.
