Very clean, right by the pool and good location.

Shower in master bedroom was broken and unable to use.

Location was wonderful. Set back away from a lot of people, beautiful view of the water and boats, parking was close, the residence was so comfortable and clean!

The pool and pool area wasn’t very clean some of the days.

The unit was clean and comfortable. Had everything one could need for their short stay.

The location of the unit is strange. It is located behind an industrial site with boat storage and a boat graveyard. The roads leading to the unit were a bit intimidating, especially at night. Unless you get very specific directions it can be difficult to find.

The maintenance staff was top notch and we appreciated their help in troubleshooting issues. The pool was decent and pretty empty.

It was not as represented in the listing. The following were issues: the condition of the patio furniture (cushions were torn and in disrepair), the water ( water leak in bedroom, water seeping as you stepped on the floor, hot water turned off in kitchen, no water pressure in one bedroom), the dishwasher did not work and we had to report it for repair, the front door does not shut properly. My mom spent part of our days there in the room during maintenance repairs. The pool was nice and quiet with a good view… though always disrupted by the large number of iguanas that can be a bit too eager and a little scary. Last, it’s pretty out of the way and about a 20 min drive to the main part of Key West. I will say that maintenance was on the spot and worked to fix water and dishwasher, but for that price- the management should be doing some walkthroughs and checking on things.

A very nice property located a little off the beaten path. Upon arrival we were rewarded with a great unit. Spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Our bed was awesome.

Unfortunately we were not provided a key card to the pool area, therefore we were unable to enjoy a relaxing pool day. But the large and very loud group of young parents(?) and their very energetic kids who arrived and ultimately took over the pool seemed to have a lot of fun. Not certain these were registered guests.

We originally booked one location for 6 people but the people that booked the night before and was supposed to leave did not. Which ultimately left us (traveling for 8 hours on the road) stranded. The company came through and found us spots. The downfall was that our family of 6 was separated in 3 locations. Granted they were close together but it was an inconvenience.

very nice views of the Marina, but there are also large dry dock barns behind the villas They are nicely furnished, but not enough comfortable seating for 4 adults The beds were very comfortable!

The ceiling fan in the living area did not work, the volume button on the tv in one of the bedrooms didn’t work and the front door was not sturdy and could have been broken into very easily I called the desk and they sent a technician over who seemed to be very aware of these issues, but had not attempted to fix it on the night before we left a couple decided to make themselves at home on our outdoor furniture while staring into our living room. my husband had to ask them to leave, then a couple of minutes later someone tried breaking into our front (unstable) door. my husband grabbed the door handle and held it until the stopped pulling on it emailed the management company the next day and they did not seem very concerned apparently there was a nice restaurant located on the property, but it has been closed indefinitely

The room was spacious, clean, and really nice. The pool was relaxing and peaceful.

Loved it all but would have liked the restaurant to be open. It didn’t stop us from loving it though! The staff was excellent

Gorgeous bay view, pool in the yard, beach access. The house exceeded our expectations. A lot of space for big family, clean, everything you need to cook. We spent a wonderful weekend with family and friends. Our children were happy 🤩

Nothing, all perfect

Overall great, we had to use the fold out sofa and those are always hard on an old man. One other bed frame was a little loose and squeaky. Easy fix. For us the location was great the views were nice, pool great and crowd, non existant, felt very private. Rooms spacious and impressive as were the bathrooms. Biggest bedroom great mattress.

Property managers stopped responding when confronted about potential bed bugs. Power went out first night. Wouldnt even extend their early check out time for inconveniences.

Staff responsive and very helpful. Accommodations large and beautiful. Downtown Key West short drive.

Area adjacent to the property

The property was better the the Hyatt residency club, or the eccentric. The two bedroom condo was beautiful inside, spacious, very clean. Ocean views were awesome!!! The restaurant was great, and less then a minute away. Away from the crowds, but a short drive to Duval.

The thermostat was locked on a temperature, would have liked to be able to adjust, it was set a little low for me. But my wife liked that it was a little chilly, lol.

Really nice place. Pool view, Marina view and given time of year could see both sunrise and sunset. For week after Xmas best price for 6 people. Restaraunt food and staff great. They cooked up fish we caught and it was fantastic. Overall fabulous place away from Duval with about a 20-30 minute drive into town depending on time of day.

Great place. 4 people optimal. We had 6. Showering the only challenge. Two beautiful full bathrooms but no doors for privacy while showering. Couch is a modern trundle. Comfortable but not for tall people
