Цена и номер не совпадал с ожиданиями . Кран в ванной был сломан, приходилось долго мучаться чтобы повернуть его на теплую воду.

The room didn't have any light. Very noisy. Rooms not worth prices at all. 4 star hotel prices for 2 star hotel. This place isn't worth it. No vending machines.

After travelling for 2 weeks and staying in mediocre hotels on our way here - this hotel was as manna from heaven. Keep up good job Hilton! Rooms are spacious enough, balcony option is good, breakfast option was very good, wi-fi signal is good and fast, clean, clean towels everyday, towels for the beach are included, water 2 bottles each day for free, transfer shuttle was good but sometimes bus was not enough for big crowds of tourists going to the town center.

Rooms were a little tired, no safe in each room. Room 174 has a beautiful view and hot tub right below the balcony and we were forcibly involved in any discussion and drinking and singing after it in this hot tub but without inviting us with all hot tub visitors. So take it higher floor or deal with it. Breakfast was included but you have to sign inventory receipt anyway at breakfast - but the error in billing was charged us twice. Good habit - to check your BILL. Management refund it and apologize immediately.

The breakfast options were good.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and I let the front desk know. They sent someone up to spray Febreeze which helped for about 20 minutes. I originally asked for a balcony room with a good view of the pool and was given room 234 which has the view of the top of the tiki bar roof and you cannot see the pool behind it at all. This request was even in my booking notes.

We did not eat breakfast on property; rather we took the early shuttle and enjoyed coffee downtown. We liked the shuttle service as it allowed us the luxury of not driving or naming a designated driver!

Die Zimmer waren recht verwohnt. Preis-Leistung passte nicht. Kostenlosen Kaffee gab es nur zu Frühstückszeiten und begrenzt. Die Behälter sind nicht nachgefüllt worden. Pro Person und Tag 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser Das Frühstück war schlichtweg zu teuer!

The shuttle service into town was perhaps the best thing about this property. It was on time and very convenient.

The price. Key West is just absurdly expensive. Breakfast here over priced.

Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were clean. Pool was clean, pool bar was nice.

Property had biting midges outdoors in the shuttle waiting area and near the pool area. Room did not have adequate lighting.

Hervorragendes American Breakfast mit allem , was das Herz begehrt (Bacon, Rührei, Pancakes, Cereals, Obst usw.). Es gibt einen Shuttlebus, der einmal die Stunde ins Zentrum von Key West fährt, sodass man sein eigenes Auto stehen lassen kann. Sehr bequeme Betten, sauberes Zimmer. Eben was man von einem Resorthotel erwarten kann. Ganz toll waren auch die free Cookies, die man sich immer nehmen durfte. Beim check-out haben wir sogar ne Tüte voll für unterwegs bekommen.

There was no complimentary breakfast at all. That was extremely disappointing, The only bad thing about the hotel.

We liked that it was not in the busy touristy area, traffic was not bad. It was very quiet except the occasional plane that would fly over plus we had a small balcony overlooking the pool. The shuttle was convenient to go down to the Duval St area, from the drop off we walked a few blocks to the Hemmingway House. The best thing was the cookies and water!
