Location

Shower had no water pressure. Rooms were outdated. Walls were thin so it was too noisy. Bar inside could not make us pinacoladas. Parking area was too far ftom the entrance to the hotel so we had to walk a long distance with our luggage because busses were blocking the entrance.

The pools are nice.

The hotel is not reliable. The policies seem to charge the parking in advance without checking the information. I didn't have a car and paid 3 days parking. The receptionist recommended to contact the credit card company and try to cancel. Impossible. At the end I wasn't reimbursed and assumed the loss.

The Perry Hotel and Marina is outside the "Key West Party Mile" and offers all amenities. The view from the room over the pool and marina creates a fantastic vacation atmosphere. Our room had wooden floors, a spacious bathroom and a small kitchen. Staff is very nice and helpful, and once an hour you can take the bus to the old city.

I liked the upscale look and feel of the place. Having a free shuttle to downtown was great. The restaraunt was very good. Pet friendly with a dog park and plenty of other grassy areas to walk the dog.

I had a king bed room and expected a sofa but there was an odd chair and a very large round coffee table. The bathroom floor and the shelf above the sink didn't appear to be cleaned very well.

The hotel was great. It was super clean, modern and had a lovely pool. The staff were awesome and we loved the salty oyster bar. We liked that it was quiet and out of the busyness of downtown key west though we really appreciated the shuttle bus that ran every 30 mins to and from downtown.

We loved EVERY SINGLE THING about this hotel! The staff, location, rooms, price, grounds, etc....we're all perfect. We have absolutely zero complaints! Most comfortable beds & pillows in any hotel we've ever stayed at (and we've stayed at alot!). We were first timers in The Keys... When we booked & before we arrived, we did question our decision to stay on Stock Island instead of Key West. But, after going into Key West, we knew we made the right decision with The Perry. The drive is a breeze. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Duval every 30 min or so. We didn't utilize it, as we had our own vehicle, but we were definitely glad it was an option. While we didn't travel with our kids, we did see alot of kids, having the time if their lives in the pools & on the grounds.. The hotel is very accommodating to both couples and families. While it was our first time visiting The Keys & The Perry, it definitely won't be our last! We be back and we will stay here again. We would absolutely recommend The Perry Hotel to anyone.

If I HAD to put something, I'd say the walk to the car, simply because it was hot. Lol And obviously thats by no fault of the hotel! (And the parking lot is NOT far by any means!) There wasn't anything we didn't like about this hotel or our stay.

The staff was excellent. Joe was especially helpful in helping me when my husband took ill. Restaurant in Hotel excellent. Bed and linens fabulous! Pillows great too. Rooms very clean as was public areas. We enjoyed the pool while there and think live music would have been a lot more fun. Overall excellent job! Will stay again.

The door to our room 207, was too small for the doorway. We could see the hallway due to the space ! Water pressure was absolutely ridiculous, conditioner all clogged in pump container. VERY unhappy no room service or breakfast in hotel. For the price paid we expected not to have to go off the resort to have breakfast while on vacation. Same with lack of room services.

The best thing about this Hotel is the staff, super friendly, John did a amazing job greeting and helping us. thank you again John ! Food was great but very expensive. The room was not 100% clean, but was nice. Other than that everything was great!

Matt’s Stock Island which is the main restaurant does not offer any non-seafood options for those who don’t eat seafood. it’s so beautiful there and we would have loved to eat dinner there, but instead, we had to leave the property to have dinner.

The hotel is beautiful and modern. Everything is new and clean. The room is big with a beautiful view! Very comfortable and the service was great. Great experience, would recommend.

Great location close to Key West, but not directly in the city. Great facilities and a shuttle right to downtown Key West until late in the evening. ideal if you want to explore Key West but also want some sleep at night. try to get a harbor facing room, though.
